Yesterday 7/18/11 when there was a white Ford pickup in the BLV hall parking lot. The Ford pickup was full of about 15,000 to 20,000 dollar's worth of new equipment.
The BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth was there over-seeing the whole deal.
It truns out the BLV officials bought the under priced equipment for 5,000,and today they think something is wrong,so they got someone from Franklin Township to look at the equipment this morning 7/19/11 at about 10:00 AM.
BLV police chief Dave Kinney was there. If this way too cheap new equipment turns out to be stolen,will the BLV officials,like the clerk,and mayor be charged with receiving stolen property ?
OR,will this be another BLV stolen boat cover up ?

I feel that if you truly cared about the village and well being of the resident's you would be working to have Brady Lake go back to whence it came-Franklin Township.
You seem to pretty much influence the small group who attends council meetings, the majority being the council people.
A lot of things seem to be hidden from the residents and any old ordanance passed without their knowledge.
I'm sure that a big part of this is because most people have been put off or run off by you and your gang, your attitudes, lack of willingness to listen to their thoughts and needs, and problems, and your seeming to want to be in charge.
If any one knows what bad shape the village is in financially and otherwise, it is you.
I know this because you have been comming up with schemes to make money for years and you have told many that we couldn't do this or that because we just don't have the money.
But we could employ your family.
I feel that having a working Fire Dapartment is far more important than mowing the grass.
We seemed to do O K before we got all the pricey equipment.
I think that we could do away with our Police
Department and utilize the Sheriff's Department, that would save a lot of money, salaries and fuel and upkeep on vehicles.
That alone could more than fix the streets.
You at one time asked me to help you talk people in Franklin Township into being annexed to Brady Lake. I said "who in their right mind would want to do that?". That was quite a few years ago.
It is really beyond belief that the village had to sell trees from a beautiful and peaceful asset because "the village needs the money". As long as I live, I will never get over that one!

When I returned,the un-licensed motorized vehicle was going down the street(see picture),but the BLV police chief had disappeared,from BLV,or he was hiding in the bushes.
It's pretty hard to hide a Black Crown Vic,with a Wide Load driving it,but he did it.

Folks used to laugh when Brady Lake blunders were discussed but now they just shake their heads in pity for those of us who still live here.
I wonder how many Village Ordinances have been passed for the benefit of the clerk gang and friends.
According to Ohio State Law, golf carts must be inspected, registered, and have adaquit safety equipment, and a special ordinance for each municipality. I'm sure that won't be a problem because we are talking about the clerk's buddies.
Insurance was not mentioned but I belive all vehicles on the street must be insured, maybe we can ask Love Insurance Agency.
But maybe since Sherlock is well aware of the situation, this particular golf cart driver doesn't seem to have to adhere to the laws that most of us do?

When we contacted Ohio Plan Management,they tried to refer us back to Love Insurance. The person at Ohio Plan Management said Love Insurance should have taken care of our complaints,and questions.
When Ohio Plan Management was told we talked to James Love in person,and James did nothing,Love Insurance must have got a call from Ohio Plan Managment,because Love Insruance called,and wanted to know how they could help us.
I guess we're going to get our face to face meeting,like we wanted in the first place. This whole BLV insurance problem is not going to just go away,like the BLV idiot officials would like it to.

Just a few BLV questions,that need answers. said...: Here's a few things we thought a real insurance company would be interested in.

BLV,who owns the lake,has not maintained the lake over-flow,and we all have seen what that has done to area homes,and properties.

At one point no BLV fire truck would pass a safety inspection,and the other equipment is not good.
Why,if you call 911 in BLV,you will not get the BLV fire department at your house.

Why would the BLV fire department still have an officer on the department who set himself on fire,and flips other firmen in the nuts.Plus this officer is the BLV fire inspector who has not done his job.

Why would the BLV clerk have 6 family members getting village money,plus the clerk covered for 2 of them when they tore up village equipment.

How can BLV have NO job applications,for people who are clearly not stable.

Why would the BLV officials put up with a zoning inspector,who doesn't do his job,and would tell a BLV resident to shut up at a council meeting,when that resident had property maintenance questions.

What could possibly be wrong with a police chief,who has been proven to be a liar,but the mayor does nothing.

How many public records can BLV deny people before someone takes notice,of a serious BLV record keeping problem.

How can the BLV officials tell a BLV resident he can't go in a public building(fire station)without something in writing.

How is it possible for BLV to have an attorney who has no contact number,or e-mail address,and refuses certified mail.

Why would BLV get rid of an attorney who had lots of land use knowledge,to replace him with an attorney who falls asleep at council meetings,and looks to the president of council for answers,about land use.

Why are the tax payers of BLV paying high risk insurance,and what is going to be done about it.

If I were the Insurance Agency covering Brady Lake Village, I certainly would have a great concern with the problems there.

If I were the mayor or a council person or employee of the village I would have great concern for the problems there. BUT THEY DON'T!

They seem to work on everything that involves them but not the real problems. Just a bunch of hot air floating aroung that Village Hall.

Most importantly,I would wonder why the mayor and members of the council have shown absolutely no concern for the problems you mentioned since they have existed for many years.

One current issue we all have a problem with is swimmers with no lifeguard. Children swimming with no lifejackets and with little to no supervision. A lake cannot babysit a child!

And what about when the caution light at Merril and Lakeview fell because of lack of maintenance, they were extremely lucky it did not fall on a vehicle and seriously hurt someone.

I really cannot fathom what the officials in Brady Lake Village do for the residents and taxpayers.

One more thing, I think that BL should do away with the Police Department. The Sheriff's Office would suffice just fine.
The BLPD may bring in alot of money in traffic tickets but I am fairly certain that it is not enough to sustain the Chief's salary, plus gasoline, plus maintenance on three outdated police cars. We already utilize the SO many hours during the day and night.
Not to mention any lawsuits that BLPD may get us into.

For example the BLV fire deaprtment is of no use to BLV residents.
If you live in BLV,and call 911 you WILL NOT get the BLV fire department,yet the BLV firemen get paid for fire meetings,and the BLV idiot officials are sinking more money into the fire department. BLV also has a squad truck,that the idiots spent at least 13,000 on,but BLV makes no squad calls.
The police department has made BLV a police village trying to extract enough money from tickets,to keep their jobs.

If anyone has taken the time to read the CAMP blogs,or look at the pictures,they can clearly see Anonymous 12:38 AM is absolutely correct in saying. The village only exists to perpetuate it's own existence.(clerk gang)

We want to know how many traffic tickets BLV has written since 4/1/10,how many tickets have been written for Fleeing and Eluding,how many tickets were written for Failure to Comply,and how many tickets have been written for traffic violations on the north side of Brady Lake Road.

As a matter of fact if there are some applications, they are somewhere in the Black Hole in space, or maybe in the whirlpool at Niagra Falls, or maybe the same person who stole the boat by the police and fire stations took them, but more than likely, they just plain don't exist and never did!
When someone, anyone is employed by the government, there is a personnel file which stays at the place of employment for ever and ever, and the application is always included in that file along with all information, including mandatory evaluations, pertaining to the employee. I just don't know why they can't get this right.
Probably because they can't get anything right, after all, look who is advising them, Mr. Wanna Be Whatever!

I,Dan Boyle,have known RT Mansfield for about 40 years. In that 40 years,RT has been a loud mouthed,talk down to people,kind of jerk.

RT asked me to be an un-paid BLV assistant zoning inspector for 2 reasons.
1,RT is too f-in lazy to do the job by himself,and 2,I was going to sue BLV over the horrible housing,so RT thought that would stop me from suing.

WELL,jerk off RT Mansfield,all that did was allow me to get lots of info on how BLV actually works.
Maybe we should be happy with RT for once. His plan back-fired.
AND Yes Anonymous 11:42 PM,RT Mansfield is behind the many BLV BAD decisions.

At the BLV hall one day the clerk Ethel Nemeth, asked me if I trusted RT Mansfield,because Ethel thought RT did zoning on a who you are,who you know basis.
I told Ethel I didn't trust RT either,and he really didn't do zoning the right way at all.
Plus,did BLV really need 2 zoning inspectors when Franklin Township has 1.

SO,when the BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth's grandson Josh Moore tore up the BLV plow truck,twice,and Ethel coverd it up,I said something about it to RT Mansfield.
Rt told me,that's nepotism for you,and he didn't want to be involved in anything I might do about it.
RT Mansfield full well knew all the shit that was being pulled on the BLV tax payers,but chose to do NOTHING,but run that loud mouth to me.
