For 6 years I Dan Boyle went to all Brady Lake Village (BLV) council meetings plus most every BLV meeting. What I learned was BLV officials (clerk gang) are in the habit of lying about what's really going on in BLV and at BLV hall. Brady Lake Village is cheating it's residents !

Issue 10 to dissolve Brady Lake Village(BLV)did not pass. Dissolving BLV can be put back on the ballot at any time. Next time better information,in writing,will be provided for BLV voters. The truth about dissolving BLV is what's needed,not what the BLV officials(clerk gang)wants tax payers to believe. Dissolve Brady Lake Village. (BLV)

The issue of Dissolving Brady Lake Village (BLV) is on the November 2013 ballot. If BLV is Dissolved,BLV will go back to Franklin Township.(FT) Because BLV came from FT and BLV is surrounded by FT,it's the only way things can happen. According to the Ohio Revised Code BLV is way too small to be a Township. BLV residents Will Not pay the debt that the BLV officials created by Bad Tax Money Decisions. A class action law suit will be filed so BLV residents Won't be stuck with the BLV official's Bad Tax Money Decisions. Somebody besides BLV needs to own the lake and fix the caved in lake overflow. Why is Brady Lake Village (BLV) broke ?

In the last 3 or so years the Brady Lake Village (BLV) officials have been ask for public records. Not only are there missing public records,there's missing money. So the BLV public record requestors are now working with the SIU-Special Investigations Unit of the State Auditor's Office,the Ohio Ethics Commission and the BCI-Bureau of Criminal Investigation of the Attorney General's Office. BLV really does need to be Dissolved for many reasons and some of those reasons are the BLV officials. The petition to dissolve Brady Lake Village(BLV)is finished and has been given to the Portage County Board of Elections plus signed for by BLV clerk-mayor Ethel Nemeth,aka,Honest Ethel. The issue of dissolving BLV will be on the November 2013 ballot. I Dan Boyle have now been working with the SIU-Special Investigations Unit of the State Auditior's Office. The petition to dissolve Brady Lake Village (BLV) needed 72 signatures to be on the November 2013 ballot. The petition now has 140 signatures. The petition will be turned over to the Portage County Board of Elections,and BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth,aka,Honest Ethel before the end of June 2013. BLV has been on the State Auditor's Unauditable list for 1 year,but Honest Ethel tells people everything is OK. Brady Lake Village (BLV) needs to be DISSOLVED !

The petition to dissolve Brady Lake Village(BLV)has more than enough signatures to put the issue to a BLV vote.(actually twice as many) Taking a little longer to turn in the signed petition to the BLV clerk has allowed more BLV residents to come forward,plus tell their stories about why they think BLV should be dissolved.(there are many) The petition to dissolve BLV process has been a learning curve for us all. Brady Lake Village(BLV)is Broke and Unauditable by the State Auditor.

The petition to Dissolve Brady Lake Village(BLV)needed 72 signatures to be valid. So far there are 110 signatures on the petition to dissolve BLV. We are not going to show the signatures,because of the threats and retaliation by the BLV police and clerk,especially BLV police chief Dave Kinney. Dave Kinney in his typical spread bull-shit ways has been going around BLV telling stories about how bad the people who are doing the petition are. This story telling by BLV police chief Dave Kinney along with BLV being Broke and on the State's Unauditable list for almost 1 year are just some of the reasons for the petition to dissolve BLV. The petition to Dissolve Brady Lake Village (BLV) is at last finished. The finished petition will be given to BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth before the petition is taken around BLV to be signed by BLV registered voters. Brady Lake Village (BLV) couldn't afford to do leaf pickup and can't afford to put much salt on the streets,but Franklin Township still does leaf pickup and keeps their streets well salted,for lower taxes than BLV.

As you Brady Lake Village (BLV) residents have probably noticed and or seen on this CAMP blog site,Franklin Township has been doing a much better job of doing leaf pickup and keeping the snow or ice off the streets than BLV has done. The very first Brady Lake Village (BLV) council meeting of 2013 didn't have enough council members (quorum) to have a meeting.

With all the things wrong in Brady Lake Village(BLV)you would think the BLV officials would have the first council meeting in 2013. Maybe enough rats have jumped the clerk gang ship to cause a quorum problem ? Between Bradley Cromes,Deputy Director of the Portage County Board of Elections and Akron attorney Warner Mendenhall,the petition to have Brady Lake Village dissolved is done. The new year (2013) is going to bring new and better things for Brady Lake Vllage (BLV) residents.

In the first part of 2013 Laurel(Sis)Archer and I Dan Boyle will be going to a Brady Lake Village (BLV) council meeting,with the finished petition for BLV to go back to Franklin Township. By law the unsigned petition is to be given to the BLV clerk,so we're going to give it to the BLV clerk at a BLV council meeting,then All BLV officials will know what's going on and what's coming. After that is done the next visit to a BLV council meeting will be with the signed petition,signed by as many BLV registered voters as we can find and or want to sign. Brady Lake Village residents deserve much better leadership and services than they've been getting,for the highest taxes in the county plus an income tax.

Brady Lake Village having about 500 residents has NEVER had enough tax base to operate in a way that is safe and fair to the tax paying residents.

My name is Dan Boyle.
I've lived in and paid taxes to Brady Lake Village (BLV) for 36 years. For over 6 years I was an unpaid assistant zoning inspector and worked on the BLV fire trucks for free.
In that 6 years I learned how BLV actually operates and how wrong things really are.

The worst was the BLV fire department.
Not 1 fire truck would pass a state safety inspection and 3 wouldn't pass a state pump test.
It's bad enough there was not enough money to fix the fire trucks correctly,but a few BLV officials knew this.
SO,while the BLV fire trucks were totally unsafe,the BLV officials bought a new village hall,plus the BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth and the BLV mayor Hal Lehman signed for their own pay raises. The list could go on,but this is how things are done at BLV hall,by the few in charge of our tax dollars.
Going back to Franklin Township is a much cheaper,safer way for BLV residents to live.

If any of you have ever been to a BLV council meeting or around BLV hall,you know this shit needs to STOP ! Too bad it's going to take a real attorney and the courts to do it.

When enough is enough of the way Brady Lake Village is being run.

When I Dan Boyle threatened to sue Brady Lake Village and BLV zoning inspector RT Mansfield,I was ask to be a BLV zoning inspector.
BLV does NOT need 2 zoning inspectors.
Being a BLV zoning inspector allowed me to see how BLV was really being operated.
After years of helping out at the Brady Lake Fire Department  for FREE and seeing fire trucks and equipment that wouldn't pass state inspections,I started telling about it.
So the Brady Lake Village officials who had to have a new village hall and a clerk that got a $4000 raise wanted my ass shut up and OUT.
This is just a small part of what's wrong in BLV,that never did,nor will it ever have enough tax base to operate in way that is safe and fair to the tax paying BLV residents. PLUS,the BLV officials don't seem give a shit about anything but their own BLV pay checks.
BLV as we now know it needs to end !    

After more than 2 years of requesting Brady Lake Village public records and getting less than 1/2 the requested records,we're headed to a court room.

On October 1st,2012 the BLV record requestors have an appointment with an Akron attorney who handles cases such as what's been going on at BLV hall for too many years.
As this unfolds the info will be put on the blog sites. The Ohio Ethics Commission and the Ohio State Auditor,plus others will be involved as things move forward.
