I actually started helping out at the BLV fire department over 25 years ago,when Red Adolph,and his son Jim were on the BLV fire department. They both asked me if I could help out with the old 59 Ford Pumper.
It wasn't running right.
I tuned it up,rebuilt the carb,and set the valves. This was all done for free,because it was the same old story,NOT ENOUGH MONEY.
I didn't help,because of Hal Lehman,or Ken Bescoe.
I helped because I was friends with Red and Jim. Even back then,I thought Lehman and Bescoe were dysfunctional ass holes.

When Dan Adolph was chief,he asked me if I would help. I said yes because,I always thought Dan was a good guy,with a crappy job,dealing with the village idiot officials,and NO MONEY.
I don't think most people ever knew how much time Dan Adolph,put into the BLV fire department.

When BLV mayor Hal Lehman,picked Ken Bescoe for fire chief,things went down the shitter,from the start. Bescoe is a lying bigot,and finally the BLV firemen had enough,and the truth started to be told. I was the guy that pushed having the meeting in Bescoe's office. The next thing you know,I'm not allowed in the fire station.
That's fine with me.
I can find better things to do than listen to Jon Mathes bitch.

Here are my real motives for hanging out at the BLV fire department. When I was asked to help at the BLV fire department,NONE,and I mean NONE of the fire trucks would pass a safety check. I'm not putting the blame of the BLV firemen. I'll put it where it belongs.

Dan Adolph,Sean Barber,John Hayes,and Jon Mathes,from the start told me there was something wrong with the funding for the BLV fire department. They were right,all along.

SO,here's the part that really pisses me off. The villge leaders could buy,a new village hall,a ball field,what ever mowing equipment the clerk's family wanted,and a mowing truck,while the BLV firemen were going to fires,with equipment that would not pass a safety check,and could have killed someone.
The clerk,Ethel Nemeth,and president of council,Ted Holland,full well knew this. That's the reason,I'm not allowed in the fire station.
I was telling the truth on everyone,and they couldn't have that.
WELL,it appears BLV now has a fire chief who doesn't take the village leaders shit about funding,and the saftey of the equipment. It's about f-in time,but with 513 residents,there's just not enough money to operate BLV in a way that is safe and fair to the tax paying BLV residents.; April 16, 2011 at 8:12 AM

I used to attend council meetings and I would wonder why, when equipment or a different vehicle was needed by the fire department there was never enough money but at the same time the clerk's daughter got all new lawn mowing equipment? I questioned this but I never got an answer. I gave up.
Many people know what you have said to be fact but for one reason or another they keep it to themselves possibly because they are too busy or they don't want the repercusions that you have had to deal with.
Those repercusions, to name a few, would be not being allowed at the fire department anymore because you spoke up for the firemen, being totally ostrized by the village bunch, (that bunch is not even intelligent or professional enough to know that not everyone will agree with their antics and not to treat those who have a voice like shit!), you having to deal with trumped up charges by BLV's own Police Chief Kinney, and so on and so on.

Mansfield seems to have excuses,and an attitude about anyone trying to get him to do his zoning job.

BLV police chief Woolf was convinced,by BLV clerk,Ethel Nemeth,that Boyle's Automotive was too exspensive.
I tried to explain to them,that the police cars had been let go so long,it would seem bad at first,until the cars were safe.

Woolf was still pissed.

Some how Woolf got BLV worker,Allen Mathes involved in his pissing contest with me. Woolf very likely told Mathes some shit about me,because I threw Woolf out of my shop.
I also once threw Mathes out,for running that big mouth of his.

Here's the real problem with this whole deal.
BLV police chief Dave Kinney,made out a BLV maintenance report stating,(his words)Boyle's Garage said the BLV police car had a bad motor,and there were officers who told him about this,and a report on this incident.

WELL,in the pictures on the other CAMP blog sites,you can see,Kinney is full of shit,and falsified a BLV police car maintenance report.

Kinney and Mathes both are pissed at me,but to falsify a report is going way too far.

Zero Tolerance for who ? said...: At 8:10 AM this morning,BLV had the police chief,Dave Kinney,following the school bus around.
He was following the bus south on Lakeview.
He stopped to wave at a BLV councilman's wife at 6384 Lakeview. The school bus got further south on Lakeview,so Kinney had to play catch-up. Kinney then went about 45 mph to catch the bus at the end of Lakeview.
Here's my questions.
What is more unsafe ?
Kids getting in a school bus without Kinney behind it,or Kinney going too fast down Lakeview to catch the bus,while some older kids are walking down Lakeview ?

Also how are the kids in Franklin Township able to get on their school bus without police protection.

I called Jerry Japp at Sabetti' Body,and he re-repaired the frame. Jerry told me the truck had a vibration,but BLV only wanted to fix the broken frame. The vibration showed up later,as a front axel housing leak. Someone had put silicone on the cracked front axel housing,to cover up the problem.
In fact,BLV employee Allen Mathes found axel grease on the garage floor and called me,and I found the cracked front axel housing.
That repair was costly,and council never knew what was done,or why.
The BLV clerk, Ethel Nemeth,wanted to keep it hush,hush. When this problem was mentioned to the mayor and zoning inspector,nothing changed. This was the,first time,Moore tore up the village plow truck.

The next season Moore drove the village plow truck,he got stuck on Hartman,and smoked the transmission. Allen Mathes called me,to tell me what happened. Allen was pisssed,because WE had to use our own trucks to keep up with the plowing. After Allen called me,I got on the phone to get some prices for fixing the smoked transmission.
This took about 1 hour.
I called the village clerk to tell her the prices,and options for fixing the truck.
Ethel told me her husband Richard Nemeth,said to take it to Diamond Transmission,and they did. I called Diamond Transmission to see about the trans work,and they said the trans was smoked.
Ethel did not want me to fix the truck,because I would tell what had happened. I called the mayor,and the zoning inspector. The mayor said,and did nothing. The BLV zoning inspector RT Mansfield said,that's Nepotism for you.
Allen Mathes was pissed about this,but bitched to me about it,and did nothing.
BLV council was never told why the money was spent on the plow truck,or how much.
Council is always in a hurry,and just pays bills without asking. I've seen this happen many times,especially if Ethel says,this is just the way things are,and then no one questions the BOSS.

I have free heat at my shop,and an old,paid for house,I'm remodeling.

Besides not being covered under the village insurance. I had been telling all BLV officials that 1 piece of play ground equipment was not listed on the insurance check sheet,and was outdated,plus not safe.
The witches wheel,that is still at the BLV playground,is not listed on the insurance check sheet,and is way way outdated.

This could cause a big problem, especially since the village bunch are aware of the situation but chose to ignore it.
I do know that some of the trees in that area are hazardous to the homes there and the residents asked for "certain" trees to be removed some years ago. Of course, at that time it was only certain homes in danger and did not merit action.

I never took any money for the lease I signed. I donated the money to buy the swing set that is now in the BLV play ground area.
Of course,my name is not on it,they kept the whole thing quiet.

1-We have a clerk who thinks she is the mayor and a mayor who also thinks the clerk is the mayor-Whew!

2-Councilman Pittinger-I think that she knows what is right but is not strong enough to argue.
He got his way one time with who paved Lakeview and that is his claim to fame-however it is already in need of repair (bad choice).

2-Councilwoman Jill-It appears she is living in another world (possibly Twin Lakes-I think that she got her lakes mixed up). She turns her head to the real problems in Brady Lake. It is just possible that she does what her parents tell her to do because the clerk told them!

3-Councilwoman Ruth-She says she has "five degrees"-it about time she started using just one of them and thinking for herself and doing what she is elected to do-representing the people and their needs and quit doing what she is told by Ethel and Howland! Think Woman!

4-Councilman Moore-Has the ability to make decisions but it seems he cannot go against grandmas wishes-agrees to whatever, unable to stand on his own merit. C'mon grow a set!

5-Prez Ted-his "know it all attitude" speaks for itself-it's sickening! I don't think that he has decided what he wants to be when he grows up-An attorney, a cop, a fireman, or Dick Fresh's best friend. I think the latter because I doubt that he could pass any of the other tests, definetly not the BAR exam.

6-And last(and least) The Zoning Guy-I think that after all these years he is finally running out of excuses for NOT doing his job! Poeple are wise to him-far more than he realizes!

Something else on the video is very interesting.
I mentioned on this blog site,that Kinney met with the village attorney and her husband,(the Hostlers)in the village hall parking lot when Kinney left my driveway on 3/1/11.
WELL,wait till the village attorney and her husband hear what Kinney said about them.

I was donating part of my business property for these classes.

When Woolf and I got into a pissing contest,I put some things on the blog site,that Kinney had told me about Woolf.
I also put Kinney's name on what he told me. Kinney called me one day to tell me,to take what I said,about him and Woolf off the blog. It was causing problems for Kinney at the,PCSO.

I asked Kinney if what he told me about Woolf Was true.
Kinney said YES.
I told Kinney too f-in bad then,and that was the start of the problems between Kinney,and myself.
