There are some insurance attorneys who think the clerk committed fraud.
Extra paint,extra floor covering,extra labor.

As far as the BLV police chief's hours being 7AM to 4PM or more,it never happens.
Most days chief Wide Load comes in at 9AM or so,and leaves at 4PM or so.
He's never around in the evenings or weekends when the baseball players,and swimmers are at their peak.

Dawn Pechman was told by BLV coucilwoman Jill Correll,that non-village residents could not speak at a council meeting,because council had created an ordinance,that Jill Correll couldn't remember the number of.
This ordinance was to stop non-village residents from speaking at a BLV council meeting.
Then BLV council decided to take a vote as to if Dawn Pechamn could speak. Dawn lost the vote.

Folks this is the kind of people we have running BLV. This kind of behvior has been going on at council meetings for as long as I can remember,unless you help the village idiot officials out for free,or become one of the clerk gang.
What took place tonite,at the BLV council meeting is against all of our civil rights.
Who in the hell,does the clerk gang think they are ?
Of course BLV police chief Wide Load was there to protect his interest.(pay check)

Creating an ordinance so non-residents can't speak at a BLV council meeting,was directed at Dawn Pechman,only because Dawn knows about public records,and the village idiot officials do not,so that pisses them off,plus they have things to hide.
It not just Dawn's knowledge of public records, that makes the idiots mad. It's the idiots have not kept public records like they should have,and now their caught.

I know many people over the years,that have been cut short at a BLV council meeting,when they ask too many money,or records questions.

I Dan Boyle,have been going to council meetings on and off for the 35 years,I've lived in BLV. Usually people get fed up with the village idiot officials and just go home,until now.
The BLV public records request that was started about 1 year ago,is the first public records request BLV has ever had. The way things are going,it might be the last.
Sis Archer,Dawn Pechman,and myself have been told too many times,to not say any more at BLV council meetings.
In Fact BLV had a councilman who asked too many money questions,and was cut short by the clerk Ethel Nemeth.
Lynn Frederick was a good honest councilman,who finally had enough,and resigned. I don't blame Lynn,but there are some of us,who are not going to just walk away,and let the clerk gang run the show,the way they want to,with our tax dollars.

Take a look at the CAMP-Calling All Malcontent People,blog site. You'll be able to see why some village reidents use expletives when talking about BLV employees or officials,and them not being the brightest bulb in the box.

It seems on West Shore Drive today,there is a drainage problem. SO,BLV has 1 fire truck,1 squad truck,1 village employee truck,and 1 police car,on the case.

When Franklin Township had a drainage problem on Merrill Road they used a road crew,and closed the road with the correct signs,plus a road block.

Dawn pushed the issue and they decided to take a vote, it was firsted, seconded, and all voted
"no", IMAGINE THAT!
Such an ordinance is absolutely ridiculous! It was obviously created just for Dawn and it is more than likely going to blow up in their faces when someone that they like from "the outside" comes to a meeting and wants to speak, but then again, I imagine that that ordinance will no longer apply or even be mentioned!
I guess my point is, the unprofessional, rude,
ignorant, and in my opinion, not one intelligent person in the whole group once again shocked me.
I wish everyone could witness one of these council meetings, just for entertainment, if nothing else. They could be on The Smoking Gun, Worlds Dumbest"! I am not kidding!

In the contact section,as of today,it has Joshua Moore listed as a councilman.

The village idiot officials must not read their own council meeting minutes. Joshua Moore resigned April 4th-2011,but hadn't been to meetings for a while,before that.

The clerk gang decided to video council meetings after all the trouble started,about public records,and a couple people going to council meetings telling the truth,or wanting straight answers.

To the clerk gang this was un-acceptable behavior.(straight answers)
SO,a video camera was put in by David Saltsman of Detect Alarm Systems,Inc. I know David Saltsman,he put the alarm and camera system at my (Dan Boyle)shop,plus my house in BLV.

After the 6/6/11 council meeting we feel a copy of the video is needed. What happened at that meeting is un-real,and should be shown to everyone.
We feel since the camera and labor were paid for with tax payer money,the video should be public record.
Besides,I'm do not want to go back in the village hall,until the sheriff,and the prosecutor are more involved. You can see by looking at all the CAMP blogs,the clerk gang,and especially BLV police chief Dave Kinney,can't be trusted to do what's right.
The clerk gang will do what's best for themselves.

When I talk to my attorney today,the video question should be answered. If not,the sheriff,or prosecutor can. It's a real shame,we are going to end up using the sheriff,prosecutor,and the courts to get public records,that are supposed to be for the public. After all,the public paid for the public records in the first place. This situation with BLV and the public records is nothing new. It's been going on for many years. The only difference now is. The public is being made aware of what the clerk gang is up to,and the clerk gang is pissed.

The guy in the green Jeep,was Ray Mathes,Allen's son.
When we got up to Rt.59,Ray Mathes turned in the bowling alley parking lot,and then pulled in the parking spot closest to Erie Street. Ray was so whacked out,he almost went out into Rt. 59.
Ray then yelled we were being put on tape. I asked Ray if he was as crazy as the rest of the Mathes family. Ray told me to keep it up,because he was going to tell my coustomer we were out in their car. Sis gave Ray the finger,and we left.

It looks like Ray Mathes is just what his father Allen,and his brother Jon said,F-in Crazy. When you tell the truth on a Mathes you get the whole hillbilly clan on your ass. I have news for Allen,Jon,and Ray Mathes. I have pictures of them doing there drive by yelling,and chasing me in my coustomer's,or my own cars. None of the 3 ass holes ever got enough nerve to come on my property.

I just need to get the hang of using it.

I started caring a regular camera on my road tests in BLV,after police chief Dave Kinney,started doing u-turns to follow me when he saw me road testing in the village. In the 30 plus years I've been road testing in the village,this has been the first time I ever felt the need for a camera,and pepper spray.

As far as the Mathes BOYS. I sent BLV police chief Dave Kinney numerous e-mails about the Mathes boys.(a year ago) All Kinney did was fuel the fire with the Mathes Clan. The Mathes BOYS have managed to get stupid enough to pull their shit in front of my employee,and my girl friend,so a video might not be needed.
I guess this whole thing goes with the territory of telling the truth,about bullies,and liars.

I already have cameras at my home and shop. The Mathes BOYS know that. That's probably why they never took me up on my invitation to visit my property.

Something smells kind'a shity at Mars Motors. said...: When you have a business in Portage County,and that business property has a septic system,you are supposed to register that septic system,with the Portage County Combined General Health District. Once a year they inspect the system,and charge you an annual fee.

My fee at Boyle's Automotive in Franklin Township last year,was $275.00.
The inspector was at Boyle's on 6/8/11 to inspect the septic system. The system was OK,again this year.

I just happened to mention to the inspector if he had inspected the septic system at Mars Motors,on St.Rt.43 in Franklin Township.
Mars Motors is operated by RT Mansfield,the BLV zoning inspector.
The inspector that was at my shop said,he had never checked the septic system at Mars Motors,and wanted to know where Mars Motors was.

The certified mail receipts came back last week from all,but the BLV attorney Cynthia Hostler.

The BLV attorney has NO e-mail address or phone number,that we can find. The e-mail address we did use,was Cynthia's husband Mike's. This was the e-mail she said to use about a year ago,when I had things to show her,but now that e-mail won't work,she says.

The BLV attorney Cynthia Hostler was given this same info in an envelope at the last BLV council meeting,the same meeting the BLV clerk said we could not have a copy of the video of the meeting.

In the last BLV public records request,we asked for the number of BLV rentals that had been inspected,and the number of letters that had been sent out to landlords,telling them their rentals were going to be inspected.

The BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth signed for this records request. We even made sure the BLV zoning inspector RT Mansfield got his records request. In a previous records request the clerk told us to give each department head a records request of their own,so we did. We then got NO record request from the BLV clerk.

Now the the BLV clerk tells us we need to give the BLV attorney Cindy Hostler,the public record requests. So we did,at the last BLV council meeting.
The BLV attorney has no e-mail address,or phone number,so we sent her the public record requests by certified mail 6/2/11,care of BLV hall.
