The people who pay rent to live at the 6232 Cox Avenue building,could sue if they get sick or someone dies from the body shop operation.

Before BLV bought Kinney's Ford Ranger pickup,Kinney was asked if the regular maintenance had been done,Kinney said yes,so based on that lie,BLV bought it. The Ranger ended up needing many things,and one was a tune up. The spark plugs had been in so long,1 broke off. That was a major job,that should have not been needed if Kinney had done regular maintenance,like he said he did.

Kinney told BLV council the 1 Crown Vic police car needed a transmission,but all it needed was a good tune up. This was when Kinney was supposed to be taking care of the BLV police cars.

Kinney lied to village council,in a police car maintenance report,while he was chief. The proof of this is in pictures on the other CAMP blog site. These lies concerned my shop,Boyle's Automotive.
Kinney was e-mailed,and asked for help with 2 village employees who threatened me.(Dan Boyle)All Kinnney did was to fuel the fire,and cause more trouble.

BLV police chief Dave Kinney,was to provide the police car video of him turning on his overhead lites,and me turning in my driveway about 1/4 mile away. Guess what,BLV police chief Wide Load did not provide that video.
Either Kinney never had it,or Kinney knows it shows who the lier is.
All he has is a video of my driveway,after he told me he chased me a mile,and was going to charge me with fleeing and eluding,then he threatened to shoot me.

It was held at the church next to the old Brady Lake School,on Brady Lake Road.
One of the main topics of conversation was about BLV. People wanted to know what's going on with the trees being cut down in Carson's Park,plus the level of the water in Brady Lake.
Sis and I tried to answer the questions,the best we knew how,and honestly.
We also were able to share are views,about BLV going back to Franklin Township.
We head from NO-ONE,that thought it was a bad idea. It's not too tuff to see,things are better in Franklin Township,for less money.
I was asked what I thought,the main problem with BLV is.
My answer was,BAD MANAGEMENT,for way too long,by village leaders. I got NO argument from anyone on that statement. The more people Sis and I talk to,the more we see,this going back to Franklin Township,is doable,one way or another.

I also got to meet a guy that was 90 years old,and when he was a young trouble maker,he hung out at my garage,that was the old BLV Park,ganster,gambling hall. This 90 year old guy and I,are going to be sharing more BLV stories,in the near future.

One other interesting thing.

Telling the truth in BLV,is wrong to some people. said...: Here's a true,but stupid BLV leadership story.

I Dan Boyle wanted to help the BLV fire department so I worked on the fire trucks for free.
I also knew the BLV fire department,was dysfunctioal in many ways. That's why the other area fire departments did NOT call BLV for help. This was told to me by other fire departments,because I let the other departments practice at my business property in Franklin Township.

I thought if BLV had it's own fire classes,that would teach young firemen how to save a life,and go a long ways to making the BLV fire department,look better to other area fire departments.
I had checked with the Franklin Township zoning inspector to see what permits were needed for BLV to be able to have a permanent fire class area.
Everything was set to go,until I told on the BLV fire inspector,who is also an officer on the BLV fire department.
Jon Mathes had been the BLV fire inspector for about 3 years,and had made out reports about the unsafe conditions in the BLV buildings. Jon refused to make BLV fix the problems. I called the State Fire Marshall,and Jon got pissed off.
To get even,Mathes called the State Fire Marshall to inspect my shop,the Fire Marshall found an extension cord that was too long.

Jon Mathes told me outside a BLV council meeting,it was my fault he was not picked for BLV fire chief. I think we all can see why Jon Mathes didn't make BLV do something about the unsafe buildings. Jon had his sights set on being fire chief.
Later that same year(2010),after a BLV council meeting,the new BLV fire chief Aron Flynt told me,the fire classes weren't going to happen,because Jon Mathes was mad at me.
I told Aron,he had made the wrong choice.

So,the BLV fire department has no fire class area,but has Jon Mathes,who set himself on fire at the BLV fire station,and flipped firemen in the nuts at the BLV fire station,on Tuesday nites.

Bescoe also knew about Jon Mathes flipping other firemen in the nuts,and Bescoe did nothing about it. Bescoe is a team player,or should I say a Clerk Gang member in good standing.

The list of things Bescoe has covered up over the years,goes on and on.
SO,after some of the truth was told about Bescoe,he retired as BLV fire chief,only to be put on BLV council after an honest councilman Lynn Frederick,had enough and resigned.

Why can't BLV leaders pick up a phone ? said...: Sis Archer and myself Dan Boyle,didn't meet with the people from AIM (American Indian Movement)yesterday as planned.
The (chief) guy from AIM had something come up,so he couldn't make it.
We are supposed to meet with AIM next week 6/9/11 at my shop,and then go to the Carson Park area to look things over.
Our hope is,once and for-all we find out if the Carson Park area is actually Indian Burial Grounds.
This is an issue that should have been solved many years ago,so the BLV tax payers would know the right thing to do with the property,instead of half-assing it,like the village officials do everything else.

I never understood why village leaders can't make a couple simple phone calls,about many things in BLV,and try to get a straight answer.
This deal with Carson Park,and possible Indian Burial Grounds,reminds me of so many other things in BLV,that are done ass backwards.
The lake over-flow is a good example of worry about it,when faced with a law suit type thinking.

Councilman Crazy Joe thinks BLV needs to provide Kent with a place to play baseball. This makes Crazy Joe look good,but the people who live around the ball field pay the price,while also paying village workers to maintain the ballfield area.

I'm glad we're not home on Sundays,but I'm really glad the clerk,and her husband Smokey are home,because they live very close to the dusty parking lot,most of the baseball people use.
That dusty parking lot,should be very enjoyable for the clerk and Smokey,while sitting on their front porch.
This is justice at it's finest.

These pictures show how far BLV police have to go before some cars pull over,but since there was a Dan Boyle with camera sighting,the BLV police went directly to Ted Holland's house. The picture of Holland's house should have had sound,because Holland's fat ass driver was running that big mouth of hers.

This picture is more dirt and debris being dumped on South Pleasant Avenue,in BLV.
The dumping is being done by BLV employee Allen Mathes,under the direction of the BLV zoning inspector,and Lord of South Pleasant,RT Mansfield.
It looks like they could be making a larger turn-around on that dead end street. Since Brady Lake is a public lake,it would be nice if the public knew what BLV was up to.
