If you look back at the pictures on the other CAMP blog site,(malcontent site)you will see a picture of a sign on the front door of BLV hall.
The sign says Public Records can be picked up from 9 AM to 12 PM,Monday thru Friday.
WELL,you'll never guess.
The BLV clerk left a message on Laurel Archer's phone,that the last BLV public records requested,can be picked up at the BLV hall from 12 PM TO 4 PM,Monday thru Friday.

I guess the BLV clerk went from being a morning person,to being an afternoon person ? You almost have to figure the BLV clerk has some kind of stupid plan,like she always does.
I've been around her for over 6 years,and her plans never made sense to me.

The BLV zoning inspector RT Mansfield, impounded a boat near this spot,and near his house,because he doesn't like the people who own the boat,plus their friends and relatives.

While driving around the lake,I noticed more than 20 un-regestered boats.

These pictures show the rising water in Brady Lake. The BLV officials never maintained the lake overflow,and so it's plugged.
A few years ago there was alot of flooding around the lake,because of this plugged overflow.

We did get the minutes from the April 4th,2011 council meeting. It seems the clerk's grandson Joshua Moore resigned. Josh must have wised up like former councilman Lynn Frederick,or just plain had enough.

It Would Take A Lifetime to Correct What They've Done This Time! said...: I was talking to a couple of friends from Davey Tree today. They think what was done to the woods at Carson Park is totally disgusting.
I told them that some trees were left, ones that could be a threat to the homes in the area and they said that there is even more of a chance for those trees uprooting in a storm because of the area that was cleared. It formed a wind tunnel and there is nothing left to protect the trees that could possibly fall on the homes there. They said that it actually increased the possiblity.
How could the people who made these decisions be so cold, unfeeling, and just plain stupid?

We have the clerk's signature showing she did receive the last public record request.
Obviously we are not going to get what we are asking for, possibly the requested records are non existent, who knows.
I think that we may have to consider pursuing other avenues from this point on.

Then the Village would no longer qualify under Ohio law to continue as a political subdivision because in order to do so the Village must provide at least two services to the public. Also if a candidate that runs on the dissolve Brady Lake Village platform can get elected they would have a mandate from the citizens of the Village to go ahead and dismantle the Village, it would be difficult for the remaining council members to ignore the will of the voters after a candidate of this type is elected. When RT Mansfield the BLV zoning inspector asked me Dan Boyle,if I wanted to be an assistant zoning inspector,he also asked me if I had filed a law suit against the village. I told him NO,not yet. RT knew I was thinking about it,because I told him.
RT Mansfield knew how angry I was about the bad housing in my neighborhood,around the ball field. I had been going to BLV council meetings for many years,and complaining about BLV bad housing. I even took pictures,that the BLV idiot officials said they lost.
SO,after 5 years of listening to RT Mansfield's loud mouthed bullshit. I'm right back where I started,except with alot more BLV inside information.
I ended up helping,for free,almost every part of BLV government,because the village idiot officials love free help. That free help was OK,until I had enough of the lies,and covering up the fact,there's not enough money to operate BLV,in a way that is safe,plus fair to the tax paying residents.

When he's on duty I didn't think Wide Load would understand what historical license plates are.
I have a set of historical plates on my 70 Chevelle,so to save Wide Load,a load of pepper spray,on his dumb ass,we went cruising last nite.
While cruising through BLV,we noticed the streets are horrible,so there's really no need to check for speeders,you can't go that fast,without tearing up a nice car. Kind'a like if you drive a BLV plow truck too fast on BLV streets,it gets tore up,twice.
If you BLV residents haven't noticed the horrible BLV streets,how about living in a police state,while we pay the highest taxes in the county,plus income tax.
Something ain't right here. Some how Franklin Township has much better streets,and they don't need someone like police chief Wide Load,guarding stop signs,driving in circles,and just being a jerk,all for enough money to keep his job,a job that's not really needed.

Franklin Township seems to do OK,without being a police state. Also,just wait till BLV police chief Wide Load,gets his fat ass on the BLV patrol boat. That should get him some cash. I Dan Boyle,had been having an affair with a woman for many years. She is 4 years older than me.
She lived with a guy,and I lived with Laura Miller. This is not an excuse,but Laura had her own demons to deal with,such as drugs and gambling.
Laura has been in a rehab program and is doing much better. The woman that is suing me is pissed because I will no longer see her. When I started to tell the truth about things in my life,such as the BLV idiot officials,there were other things being told.
Laura Miller was at first very mad at me for forcing her to tell the truth about her demons. She's now not so angry.

The woman that's suing me is still angry.

The nite the incident happened at my shop the woman I had been having an affair with,was not supposed to be at my shop,I was closed. I told her to leave,and she kicked me in the nuts. I grabbed the back of her coat to get her out the door,and she fell. I tried to help her up and she kicked me in the nuts again. I left my shop,and she then left. The next day she called my shop and wanted to know if I was going to see her. She said if I didn't see her she would go to the sheriff. I told her to go ahead,so she did. It's the same thing with the law suit. She told me if I would not see,she would sue me. I said go ahead,so she did.
I hired an attorney who knows personal injury,and my business insurance company has 5 attorneys who think I shouldn't pay this woman. There is a no contact order between this woman and myself,but she still calls my shop,and wants to know of I'll see her.
I don't want her in trouble,or her money,it just needs to end.
When this woman went to the sheriff's office,I was charged with assault,and took my medicine by going to anger management,that turned out to be a good thing.
I think there's at least 3 BLV clerk gang members who should try it.
The bottom line here is.
I wish I had not grabbed this woman,who I had been having a affair with,by the back of the coat.
I'm going to deal with it,just like I'm going to deal with the clerk gang issues.

Since I'm being sued by an angry woman,and the incident happened at my business. My business insurance company has hired a personal injury expert,plus using the attorneys they already have.
In speaking with the attorneys,I had some questions about when I ran into the village hall,and why my insurance company paid for some extra work on village hall. It seems my insurance comapny never knew there was extra work done. They thought they only paid for what was damaged,by Dan Boyle.
I told the attorneys how much extra work was done,and who was behind it. The BLV clerk was, and is the one responsible,because she took over the whole thing like she usually does.
The attorneys seem to think like I do.

SO,me Dan Boyle, was driving my coustomers van in BLV with no front license plate,police chief Wide Load gave me a ticket for no front plate,plus charged me with,Failure to Comply With a Police Order,for driving 1 block and stopping in my own driveway.

I feel that R T Mansfield should be disciplined for this situation (among many others) and that Kinney should probably be disciplined also, possibly fired.
Kinney looked right in my face and lied, he obviously knows who took the boat and is protecting them from a felony charge while Dan Boyle faces charges for really nothing but pulling in his drive way from the South stop sign on his street, approximate distance of maybe, about half the length of the ballfield.
I've seen BLV police chase people as far away as the drive thru over the bridge, many people have seen this and will testify to that fact!

I'm offering a (500 dollar) reward for the information,that will lead to the person,or persons who took Laurel Archer's Grandson's boat. The boat is big enough it takes at least 2 people to move it.

AGAIN,(500 bucks) will be paid by me DAN BOYLE,for the information,that I can take to the Portage County Sheriff's Department concerning the boat that was impounded,for spite,by the BLV zoning inspector RT Mansfield,and placed in an un-scure area,near the BLV police department.; May 25, 2011 at 8:49 AM

When property is impounded such as vehicles,or boats. The identification numbers are to be run by the police department from the area (village) that impounded them. Then certified letters are to be sent out to the last known owner of the impounded property. Then after either the last known owner replies,or there is no reply,and the certified letter comes back,the property can be disposed of legally.

Yesterday 5/24/11,I,Dan Boyle,asked BLV police chief Dave Kinney how BLV was going to get rid of the remaining boats that were impounded by BLV zoning inspector RT Mansfield and Dave Kinney,when Kinney was an officer on the BLV police department.
Kinney's answer was,he did the paper work. Dave Kinney is an f-in lier,or he has that paper work hidden away,where no one has ever seen it.
I let BLV store the impounded boats at my business property in Franklin Township,because BLV had no resonably secure area to store the boats. In the 4 years the boats were on my property,I saw no paper work from Dave Kinney,on any of the impounded boats. Now Kinney says he did the paper work. I charged NO MONEY for storing the boats. I knew better than to get involved with the BLV idiot officials, and impounded boat money.
The BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth,acted mad because she felt BLV should get some money for the impounded boats. I told Ethel if she wanted the money so badly,she could store them at her house.
The impounded boat situation was never done correctly from the start,just like many other things the BLV idiots do.
Also,BLV mayor Hal Lehmen is now telling people they can just take the boats,because they're no good.
WELL,dumb ass Hal,1 was in good shape,and it belonged to Laurel Archer's grandson. This boat deal is not over,like Dave Kinney would like it to be.

We are tired of being singled out, treated like outcasts, in our own homes because we are not "yes, whatever you say" people to the village bunch, because we see a lot of things wrong and are vocal about them. We pay the highest taxes in the county too!
I thought I was angry about the gas well, then the woods among many other things the gang has done, I am beyond furious over this one, from R T up thru the chain of command.
Chris is very happy to have his boat back but this never should have happened, he should never had to go through this.
This is not over!
There is nothing worse than a dishonest,lying police person and in my opinion this is exactly what we have in Brady Lake and he fits perfectly with the rest of the "gang". They make me sick!
Now Dan has offered a reward out of his own pocket to do what the Police Chief refuses to do.
Even if the person who took the boat came and talked to us, it would have been better than the police covering up for them. Unbelievable, when others such as Dan are being railroaded because he is who he is, he really did not do what Kinney has accused him of and Kinney knows it as does everyone! It is just too obvious what that one is about!
This is just another incident that proves Dan is honest and right in what he is saying.
By the way, Ex Laker, I would like to say that the village is allowing people to get free wood from the tree tops that were left out of the goodness of their hearts, but I've been told that this is their way of cleaning up the mess that was left because the company they hired to take the trees doesn't do that.
Brady Lake is a nightmare to me, please wake me up when we are part of Franklin Townhip.
