That is almost correct.
There have been 4 rental inspections done when I,Dan Boyle,was an un-paid BLV assistant zoning inspector,and made some phone calls,and did them.
It's not that tuff of a job,but,it does take somone who is not full of shit,and himself,like the Lord of South Pleasant,RT Mansfield is.

We have a DVD of the 6/6/11 BLV council meeting. At that meeting Sis Archer passed out envelopes to all BLV officials. The envelopes contained complaints about BLV employee Allen Mathes,and public record requests.

1 of the record requests was for the BLV zoning department. We wanted to know how many rental inspections have been done to date,and how many letters have been sent to landlords.

In the DVD you can clearly see RT Mansfield being handed his envelope,and then you can clearly see him throw it on the floor. This is just how RT is when he's asked something he doesn't want to answer.

I,Dan Boyle,at a BLV council meeting asked RT about what was being done about the horrible Dick Fresch property.(30 year problem)
In front of a room full of people RT told me to shut up. RT then said he had asked president of council Ted Holland,to speak to Dick Fresch,because Dick and Ted are friends.
You can see by the pictures,on the CAMP blog sites,nothing has been done about the Dick Fresch mess.
There was also the time,that RT Mansfield,at a BLV planning and zoning meeting,told Jerry Moore,to shut the f-ck up.(RT's exact words) Both times RT has pulled this shit,the BLV mayor,Balless Hal Lehman has done nothing,so RT,lord of south pleasant,Mansfield goes on as he always is,an ass hole,getting paid by the tax payers of BLV.; August 19, 2011 at 10:41 AM

It seems the BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth doesn't want people to know who's getting a royalty check from Ohio Valley Energy,the company who drilled the gas well in the BLV ballfield.

Here's the deal.

When Beck Energy was going to drill the well,the well head,and tanks were going to be located at the North end of the ball field,close to where the tanks now are. By doing that Beck Energy would save money,and less ballfield would have been torn up.

The way the gas well is now,the well head is in front of the BLV clerk's house,and the tanks are at the other end of the ball field,where the clerk won't have to look at them.
If a house is located close enough to the well head,you get a royalty check. Can any of you folks figure out who might be getting a royalty check ?

The BLV clerk would not tell us,even though it was requested,in a BLV public records request.

Rental inspections were started over 4 years ago. To date there have been 4 rental inspections done,but only 2 of those had a follow up inspection,so in reality 50 rental houses in BLV probably won't pass an inspection.

BLV has a zoning inspector who refuses to do his job,and a mayor who is powerless to do anything about it,all the while our property values go down,not to mention a fire that could take out a whole street,because the houses are so close together.

The building is heated with a wood-burner,while this is clearly a fire code violation.
The building itself is falling down,and that is a safety violation.
The bull-shit stories he tells people,for how long he keeps their cars,is just like how RT does BLV zoning.

Sis Archer's grandson had his newly purchased boat in front of his grandmother's house on South Pleasant. He had just bought the boat,so the registration wasn't correct yet,when Weaselfield spotted it.
Weaselfield knew full well whose boat it was,so he impounded it,and had BLV police chief Dave Kinney do the dirty work.
When the boat was impounded there were 4 other boats in the same area with incorrect registration,including RT Weaselfield's boat.(see CAMP pictures)
After the boat was impounded it was put in an un-secure area near the BLV police station. The BLV mayor Hal,balless,Lehman told people the impounded boats were no good,and anyoune could take them.
Sis Archer's grandson's boat was taken,but it was a good boat. Sis Archer's son,and grandson made out a stolen boat report with BLV police chief Dave Kinney.
Kinney mysteriously found the stolen boat,but never charged anyone with theft.
As far as I'm concerned RT Weaselfield needs his ass kicked,for doing something like this for spite.

When we get the records home and look through them we find 2 and 3 copies of the same record. Folks this is the same lying person who wants to be BLV clerk again.

The city of Kent is actually doing something about rentals,and empty houses in Kent.
Kent has had a code inforcement officer for a few years. His main job is to do something about the rental properties in Kent.
When Kent first started this,I Dan Boyle,was an un-paid zoning insepctor in BLV. I went to talk to Kent's code inforcement officer,to try and learn more about rental properties,and what could be done about the bad ones.

RT Weaselfield,the paid BLV zoning inspector didn't want to go,and I really didn't want him to. RT usually managed to piss people off,with his talk down to people ways.
SO like usual,I tried to do something better for us all,but the BLV idiot officials didn't want to hear it.

Today 8/23/11,at 1:30 PM was supposed to be my pre-trail for the charge of Failure to Comply,that I was charged with 3/1/11,by Dave Kinney.
All the details of this case have been up on the CAMP blogs for months.
I got a call from my attorney today at 12:08 PM,that my pre-trial has been changed AGAIN. This pre-trial would have been my(4th one).

I've said from the start,Kinney needs to provide the DVD of me driving about 1 block on Lakeview drive,and turning in my own driveway. Kinney has not provided the DVD,that he yelled at Sis Archer,and myself,he had.
Plus,the DVD Kinney did provide has been altered,and Sis and I can prove it.

He never should have turned his head when R T Mansfield started not doing his job (which was day one), he should have disciplined him, then when he continued his lack of concern for the rest of the village, he should have been relieved of his duties and pay check.
The mayor should have never let the clerk be in charge and basicly take over his duties, she says she does not even know the mayors phone number, it's really not necessary since she makes all major decisions, does the hiring, and gets pretty much what is beneficial to her and her family and friends.
By the way the Nemeths did receive the signing bonus for the gas well and are supposed to get royalities, you can take that to the bank, they do!
The mayor should be in control of council and looking out for the best interests of the residents who elected him, he is not, otherwise we wouldn't have the bad rentals which brings down all of our property values, the overflow for the lake would be fixed, we would still have trees in the park north of Pleasant Avenue, we would not have the gas well, we would not have a police state, and so on.
That is enough for now, the more I write, the dishearted I become.

The majority of residents around the lake did not want a gas well, how in the world did they get one?
It's a sad state of affairs when you have to sell trees and destroy a beautiful area to pay for a law suit (without regard to the resident's feelings, again).

The don't seem to be leading anyone but themselves around in circles more like a whirlpool going down and down to who knows where.
As far as the clerk's daughter and her mowing, I remember when the fire department needed equipment but "we couldn't afford it". It was just about the time the clerk's daughter was hired and we seemed to have money for lawn mowing equipment for her and I may be mistaken but I believe a truck also.
Some of us used to mow BL property in front of our homes but were told that we were no longer "allowed" to mow it, that the clerk's daughter would do it.
I have also noticed how many times BLV property is mowed, not necessary, looks like someone is possibly just trying to get more hours, more paycheck. There definetly is a larger mower which could be used on the ballfield. But let's nickle and dime the village.
