A Real Live Muskrat
This is a Clerk Gang Alert! Look out!
The people that make the decisions for us are not necessarily elected! In other words, we had no choice, we didn't have much say.
For example, R T Mansfield was hired or appointed or however they do it. I guess he was a friend of someone, don't know who, seems he was exempted from meeting the qualifications for his job, probably no application.
Bescoe is definetly a friend of the mayor because it's almost impossible to be a lake patrol if you can't swim, a fire chief if you can't put out fires, or a council person if you can't vote no!
As far as the elected officials, that's an easy one, you can always win even if not qualified because NO ONE is running against you! I don't know if there is a one vote minimum or not?
This election should be interesting since most are totally fed up with the lack of concern for the residents or the village.
I wouldn't want to try to straighten out the mess that's been created!

The blog has been having some growing pains,but they are being worked on.
I don't know if my,Dan Boyle,earlier post was seen or not,so I'll run through it again.
Next week I will be meeting with an attorney from Cleveland,at my shop,about the law suit against the BLV officials. I've tried for over 30 years to get the BLV officals to something,anything,about the fire trap houses in BLV.
I went so far as to donate 6 years to try and help the situation,only to learn the leadership in BLV is dysfunctional,to say the least.
6 years ago I was going to file a law suit against the BLV leaders,but the BLV zoning inspector RT Weaselfield,weaseled me into being an un-paid BLV zoning inspector.
I gave it my best shot,but telling the truth around,and about the BLV clerk gang doesn't work,and can be hazardous to your health,as seen on the CAMP blog sites.
I've been left with NO choice,but to go for the throat,of the BLV idiot officials.

We're sick and tired of having to go over and over things with you.
You need to get some help,and not work for the taxpayers of BLV any longer. Your going to hurt yourself,or someone else. Your clerk-wife just doesn't get it,that your NOT OK to work for the village. I was just on a road test in BLV,on Cox. I saw second in command Al Begin,at Ted Holland's house,in the driveway talking to Tedly.
Ted Holland has wanna-be attorney issues out the ass,and Al Begin is not my favorite person,but,Al Begin has never lied to me,plus pulled any of the retaliation shit you've pulled since you became Chief Zero Tolerance.
SO,hind-sight is great,but maybe Al Begin would have made a better police chief,than your sorry ass.
Is that why Mr.Zero Tolerance wasn't allowed on road patrol when he worked for the sheriff?

I was talking with my partner in crime (Sis) today,about Muskrats,not the ones with fur and tails who live in the lake.
The ones we were talking about used to be a group of guys from Brady Lake known as the Muskrats.
I remember 1 guy who used to have a 55 or 56 Buick. The Buick was black and red or red and white,but I do know for sure the Buick had a V/8,with the rare standard shift transmission.(3 on the tree)
This Muskrat still lives in BLV,and likes fast cars,so,from 1 Muskrat to another.

I have it! When the clerk gang no longer exists because there is no longer a village, they can be in the movies-they have lots of choices:
1-Motivational films and they can be the bad examples, you know, "don't do as they do", do it the right way! They really do set a bad example for those trying to learn.
2-Or they could be in a court series, they have more than the average law suits against them (for a village this size) for dumb stuff.
3-They could be in a comedy where those in charge do nothing but mess things up. I believe that's all they know.
And then there's Sherlock, oh, that movie has already been made, it's called Smokey and the Bandit. But, if they ever do a remake, Sherlock would be a perfect Smokey.

Why does it seem that the BLV police chief has a vendetta against one BLV resident in particular.
It was so obvious when this so called officer followed the clerk out side the village hall so that she could confront him to get rid of the blog.
It was so obvious the day there were five police cars surrounding this residents house for a minor traffic violation.
That was so stupid that he must have felt he had to cover his own ass by trumping up a unwarrented (pun) charge.
It was so obvious when he covered a crime for someone and threw the book at this resident for basically nothing.
It was so obvious when he went around the village talking to other residents about the first. Was he trying to convince them of something, possibly, again trying to cover his own ass?
It was so obvious when a village employee threatened this resident, a report was made and this so called officer did nothing but side with the employee.
It frightens me because with this kind of unprofessional behavior, the police officer could be responsible for getting someone hurt seriously.

So,since 3/1/11 you would think Kinney could have provided the court with the video he went on a tirade about ? If the video does exist it would prove,there was no chase.

He starts work about 9:00 or 10:00 AM and leaves BLV about 4:00 PM. The police chief has become one of the main reasons BLV is going to be sued.

Over the 35 years that I,Dan Boyle,have lived in BLV,many questions have been asked about the BLV fire department.
I asked a few times,why BLV doesn't get the needed fire protection from other more qualified and better equipped departments.
I was told by the BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth,that BLV couldn't afford outside fire protection,BLV could do it cheaper.
I should have checked,but I trusted Ethel,(big mistake).
The reason BLV could do it cheaper,was because the BLV leaders never spent the kind of money it would have taken to make the fire trucks and equipment safe.
6 years ago when I started helping out at the BLV fire department,NO trucks would pass a saftey check,and 2 wouldn't pass a pump test.
SO,when I started to tell the truth about the BLV fire department,the clerk gang couldn't have that.
That's when the real trouble started with me and the clerk gang. As long as I was fixing the fire trucks for free,and keeping my mouth shut,I was a good BLV resident,but tell the truth,and you get excomunicated from the whole BLV clerk gang operation.
Not going to any BLV meetings has been nice,not having to listen to the same old bull-shit,that's been going on at BLV meetings,for the 35 years I've lived in BLV.(see pictures of 30 year old problems)

Kinney went on a tirade and said he had a video of him chasing me. As of today 10/5/11 no video of that supposed chase has been provided to the court.

If the chief found the stolen boat,he has to know who took it.He's full of it.

Sis Archer and I Dan Boyle,were road testing my coustomer's cube van last nite 10/7/11 at about 10:00 PM in BLV.
We were headed south on Lakeview Dr. BLV cop K. Ray was lurking in the shadows on Hartman. When we went by K.Ray got so close behind us,it was unsafe. I then turned left on Leonard,then right on Cox. At Margaret that runs into Cox,a cat ran in front of the cube van I was driving. I hit the brakes,and was almost rear-ended by K.Ray.
Then at 6161 COX there was a car with party plates on it,sitting in the street,with no one in it. I went to go around it and a car turned off Rt.59,so I hit the brakes,and was almost rear-ended again by K,Ray.
K.Ray then turned on his overhead lites and I turned in the bank parking lot. K.Ray tried to blame me for him almost rear-ending me. He took my driver's license and called for backup. I had told K.Ray what I thiought of him,but I did NOT threaten him. K.Ray ended up threating me with OVI,or disorderly conduct.I do not drink or do drugs of any kind,but I will tell an ass-hole cop like K.Ray what I think of him.

What Dan didn't mention was a car sitting right in the middle of road and taking up the left lane on Cox Avenue that the police ignored to stop us for nothing.
This car had no one in it, what looked to be party plates, and was a hazard to anyone traveling just North of S R 59, on Cox Avenue in Brady Lake.
This car was just parked in the middle of the road but BLV chose to ignore the danger to everyone traveling there and pursue us who did absolutely NOTHING.

After what happened to BLV cop K.Ray last Friday nite,10/7/11 at about 10:00 pm,on Cox Ave. There'll be no more one cop in a BLV lurkermobile on Friday nites.
This should also cut down on fuel costs,if the lurkers only use 1 crown vic.

Smokey was out this morning 9:05 AM,in his beat-to-hell red ranger,driving South on Washington,while holding something in front of his face. It's not bad enough Smokey was driving,but when he goes on one of his rants,LOOK OUT !

I see BLV has Mr.Zero Tolerance on duty today,plus the brown Ford taurus,with state plates on it,is at the BLV police station.
Maybe Smokey was on his way to check in with Mr.Zero Tolerance,because Smokey sure looked like he was playing secret agent.
