WELL,Weaselfield has a large dock in front of his house on South Pleasant.
You can get to this dock by walking on dirt that Weaselfield filled the lake with.
The fill dirt and dock are on BLV property.
Here's the good part.
The Weaselfield dock is in 2 pieces,and the largest part,has floated around to shore.(a sight to behold)

I had also asked Mansfield if it was alright to put sand in front of my house because we have a friend who would give us all the sand we needed.
Again Mansfield said "definetly not, it will kill the fish".
Then, a year or so later, Mansfield put sand in front of his home and in the lake.
I have seen him require permits for some but not for his friends.
I questioned one in particular and was told by another council person, he (Mansfield) said as long as he was physically present during the work a permit was not necessary).
I saw through Mansfield's big words to cover his ignorance and self serving egotisim many years ago as others have before and after my experiences.
Myself and others have had many more problems with Mansfield but that's enough for now.
As far as a permit for building his dock, it is very doubtful that one was ever issued, I don't remember ever seeing one, but I could be wrong.
As far as Mansfield goes, I have no use whatsoever for him and I am sure the feeling is mutual, and I prefer it that way.

I saw the BLV Mayor Hal Lehman and Mrs. Mayor walking their dog,Poopsy,on Lakeview Drive near Leonard.

Last week Sis and I got the video of the 2/20/12 BLV council meeting. We wanted to see the reason Sis was escorted out of the meeting,when all she had done was ask questions,with no yelling on her part.
After viewing the video,we found the problem. Sis was asking questions about the caved in lake overflow,that is causing the flooding around the lake,and that seemed to piss off the mayor and council,but not to the point of having Sis escorted out of the meeting.

The real problem came when Sis started asking about the impounded then stolen boat,that is owned by her grandson. Obviously he didn't want to give the family a copy of the police report when they requested it thus "it is now under investigation".

When I first started helping out at the Brady Lake Fire Department (BLFD)for free. The BLV mayor Hal Lehman,and the BLFD chief Ken Bescoe,used to tell N-GGER jokes,and thought it was funny.
1 Tuesday nite I took my BLACK grandson to a BLFD meeting,and the N-GGER jokes weren't so f-in funny,at least when I was around.

Doing what the BLV officials should have done. said...: No flea markets today for Squaw Findabargin,alias,Sis Archer,and Chief Kicksomeass,alias,Dan Boyle. We will be going to the meeting at the Club House at 1:00 PM today 3/18/12.
The meeting will be with BLV area residents who want to do something about the flooding around the lake,due to the caved in lake overflow.
We will be trying to do something the BLV officials should have done many years ago. In fact in 2008 when the lake flooded area properties and basements,the BLV mayor Hal Lehman,alias,Spineless Hal,was quoted by the Record Couier,as saying something would be done.
What was done is NOTHING about the caved in lake overflow,and flooding,but the BLV officials have their new village hall,plus their village pay checks.

To add insult to injury the BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth,alias,Honest Ethel,got a $4000 raise.

Looking for straight answers. said...: When the BLPD moved out of the building on Merrill Road,and into the back of BLV hall,I thought the plan was to rent the old BLPD building and part of the maintenance garage to an EMS service ?
