I got 2 e-mails today concerning the flooding around Brady Lake and the fill being put in the lake without permits.
Kristopher Weiss from the Ohio EPA and Jon Barber from portage county told me the Army Corps of Engineers has classified Brady Lake,Waters of the United States.
That means the Army Corps of Engineers will be helping with the flooding and NO fill is to be put in Brady lake without a permit of some kind.
It doesn't mean the shore line can't be fixed by BLV,it just means BLV has to play by the rules. Something new for the BLV officials.

The BLV clerk Honest Ethel,plus council was ask a few times what it costs the BLV tax payers to have the grass mowed by BLV employees.
That would include cost of equipment,maintenance of the equipment,fuel,plus the cost and maintenance of the Ford ranger pickup bought from BLV police chief Dave Kinney,for the clerk's daughters to do the mowing.
No one ever answered those questions. I always figured it would be cheaper to get a mowing company to do the BLV mowing,but the BLV clerk gang was never interested in checking prices to find out for sure.
I think we can all now see why.(NEPOTISM for MOW MONEY)
After being involved with the BLV clerk gang for almost 7 years,and living in BLV for 36,I had enough of the lying bull-shit,plus the unsafe way BLV was and is operated by the few in BLV clerk Honest Ethel's nepotism bunch.
In the almost 7 years I donated many hours to try and help things in BLV,but I finally had enough,and started telling the truth about how BLV is actually being run.

This time a group of area residents started a group called, WET-We Enable Truth,to try and deal with the flooding problem.
Back in 2008 a guy named Jon,BARBER,tried to show the BLV idiot officials what to do about the flooding,but you guessed it,the village idiots dropped the ball.(see WET blog)
So this time WET is dealing with the Ohio EPA,the US Army Corps of Engineers,and Portage County Director of EMA Jon,BARBER.
Jon,BARBER,has been a big help and I feel bad for him,because Jon,BARBER, has to try and deal with the BLV mayor Hal Lehman and the clerk gang.
Today's word,TONSORIAL,just reminded me of the guy who is trying to help us Jon,BARBER,and the guy who ain't Hal Lehman.
