So far the BLV mayor Hal Lehman and clerk Ethel Nemeth have responded,but have NOT answerd all the public records requested.
BLV zoning inspector RT Mansfield has refused his certified mail records request.
BLV council-woman Ruth Carlson has refused her certified mail records request.
Carole and Jack Hoover who are on BLV planning and zoning have refused their certified mail records request.
A blog site was started to show who does what with this last BLV public records request.

Streets in brady lake village are some of the worst I've seen,the housing is some of the worst in the county,the lake drain is not working,the traffic signals don't exist,but the grass is mowed and looks good.
The clerk's new office looks good too,while residents drive on shit streets and no one at village hall will answer questions.
It would be very revealing to see what the Village has spent on legal fees the past three years EXCLUDING the salary of the Village Solicitor. I believe the cost of litigation involving the Village would shock the tax payers. Assuming the cost was not hidden in the bookkeeping numbers. I would like to see all the disbursements from the checkbook for any legal services that were performed by Lawyers other than the Village Solicitor, the last three years. One example would be to trace the money from the trees that were cut down to pay litigation costs for the Village. Then match up the income from the trees to any large legal expenses occurring together or in close relationship. It is very possible that the litigation cost have been hidden in some manner to avoid the tax payers from seeing the real cost of stupid, and the legal costs that stupid creates.

This house had been almost totally destroyed by a fire. So Fertig issued HIMSELF a zoning permit for a house that should have never been repaired and to this day is empty.

SO,the only thing missing from what Smokey was wearing the nite he brought the ELVIS album to a BLV council meeting was his,DUNDREARIES,to go with his Ultra-Lite-100 coffin nails he was puffing on after the council meeting,when Smokey got in my face Again !

I had to share my thoughts with you regarding your grandson.
I attended meetings and watched an intelligent, well meaning young man try to change things for the better.
He is obviously a thinker and tried to share his ideas but, like the rest of us, it appears he just gave up.
I know you have seen to it that he had various jobs with the village which did not, for one reason or another work out.
You covered for him when you should have let him stand up for his own doings.
Now, it appears that he is having some problems and I hope that you as a grandmother, will work with the rest of your family in seeing that he obtains the help he needs.
It seems that you are so used to covering up issues that you are doing nothing but letting a problem get worse to the point that someone could be hurt.
Your grandson can be a very caring, impressive, polite young man.

When I take my pictures for the blog while road testing in BLV,they are taken at random,with no stopping traffic.

Well this morning about 9:00 AM the fun was sitting in the ballfield across the street from my house at the NO parking sign taking my picture when I came out of the house.
I never sit and wait for any clerk gang member to get a picture or block traffic to get a picture.
BUTT,this morning not only was traffic stopped,the picture taker was waiting in the ballfield across the street from my house at a NO parking sign,when she should have been at BLV hall taking care of OUR public records.
Yes folks BLV clerk Honest Ethel was waiting in the ballfield at a NO parking sign across the street from my house to get a picture and then stopped in the street when a car was comimg in her lane,to wave at me.
This is more fun than I ever could hope for,plus I got a couple pictures of Honest Ethel this morning.
