Why would questions from Brady Lake Village tax payers,make the BLV officials SO ANGRY ?
If the Brady Lake Village officials had nothing to hide,then they probably wouldn't tell a village resident to shut up,or escort a village resident out of a BLV council meeting for asking questions. Something stinks at village hall,more than just the stupid answers.

The BLV public record requests are just about over,unless we change our minds.
In the almost 2 years we've been asking for BLV public records we've got less than half the public records that we requested,plus the BLV officials are,OH-SO Angry,about anyone wanting to know how BLV actually operates.
If you've been reading,and looking at the blog sites,you know BLV as we now know it,needs to end.

I've lived in BLV for 36 years,and have seen,and known a few BLV tax paying residents who tried to make an honest difference,but the lying clerk gang made things for them,FUGACIOUS,in being nice to them,because the clerk gang wanted something.
It's too bad the reign of terror the BLV clerk gang has placed on the BLV tax payers,hasn't been,FUGACIOUS.

I worked hard for my income as did most of us and I don't like literally giving it away to the likes of the present mayor, clerk and her family, council,wanna-be-police-chief, and zoning inspector!
I would not mind my dollars going toward competent officials, emergency services (fire department) and an honest law abiding police chief and someone to be in charge when he's not around (which is quite often from what I am seeing), decent streets, etc., etc., etc which we are currently lacking.
We are seriously lacking in all of the above.

WELL,today's Record Couier article about the BLV audit just proves the,TEMPESTUOUS,situation with village leadership.
I've lived in BLV for 36 years,and the honesty of the BLV officials,especially clerk Honest Ethel,has been very,TEMPESTUOUS,to say the least.
If the BLV officials think things at BLV hall are,TEMPESTUOUS,today.
Just wait until the shit really hits the fan,with the next law suit,against any of the BLV officials,who have managed to piss some of us BLV residents off,plus NOT do the job they were paid to do.
The up-coming law suit is going to be 1-hell-of-a,TEMPESTUOUS,ride for the BLV ass holes who have NOT done their job,or tried to stop BLV residents from knowing the truth about how BLV actually operates.
The Record Courier did an article about BLV today.
The article is about how BLV is,UNAUDITABLE.
This is not much of a surprise to some of us,who have been trying for over 2 years to get BLV public records,with less than half of the records actually in our hands.
The BLV clerk Honest Ethel,has had 1 excuse after another.
I got an e-mail this morning from a friend about the Record Couier article.
That e-mail is up on the bottom half of the main page of this CAMP blog site.
The article itself is up on the, TOE-The Other Ethel,blog site,that you can get to by clicking on the picture of the Mustang,and then click on TOE.
If you read the Record Couier article about BLV being,UNAUDITABLE,you'll see BLV clerk Honest Ethel,puts the blame on the BLV hall computer.
That might be true,but here's something that is true.
A few years ago when Honest Ethel wanted help from me,with the BLV web-site,I suggested BLV start a FREE blog site,instead of spending more money on a bogus web-site,being done by Honest Ethel's grand-daughter.
I tried to show Honest Ethel how to get on my blog site,from her village computer,only to discover,Honest Ethel's BLV computer had a bad virus.
Honset Ethel said BLV had no money to fix her computer,so it stayed f-cked up.
SO,either way,Honest Ethel is to blame for BLV being,UNAUDITABLE.
Ethel is long overdue for record keeping trouble.
I'm not buying the computer problem excuse. The RC article reads "In a letter to the village, the Auditor of State’s office provided a list of records required to complete the audit." The Village submitted a report that was incomplete i.e. missing records. A competent individual would review the paper work prior to submitting it, and see that records were missing. We are to believe that a computer problem caused records to not be submitted. How dumb do they think we are? Ethel didn't say our hard drive crashed and we lost all our data and have to reconstruct the files in order to produce them. She said "the computer has been doing strange things to my financial records". I think Ethel has been doing strange things to the financial records. Anyone who owns a computer knows this is BS, how can a computer doing strange things to you financial records prevent you from including those records in your submission to the State. And if that is true why did you not inform the State of you problem and ask for more time to complete the process properly. Only someone who is either incompetent or dishonest could neglect to include all the records needed to comply with the law. The Village official operate under the assumption that they are smarter than the citizens they represent, and that may have been true in the past, but as the properties in the Village turn over and more educated people move in the old act just doesn't cut it anymore. The same goes with individuals who work for the Village making up rules and defining laws they know nothing about. The newer residents are not afraid to question the Villages interpretation of the law or rules, and are not afraid to challenge them. Even some of the older residents who have been silent to long have begun to speak up, and that is a good thing. The issues brought to light in the RC article today are just the tip of the iceberg, as I'm sure Dan Boyle would agree. Government is only as good as what us citizens demand it to be, and it only works as well as we decide it should. All of us in Brady Lake need to demand better!

There have been cases where a computer virus or Trojan Horse software was purposely added or not removed from a person's computer to provide "plausible deniability" as to why records were altered or child pornography was found. I don't believe that this is the case.
A new computer has been ordered and the financial information will be re-entered, Nemeth said.

At 5:40 PM,I was headed East on Brady Lake Road,in the South lane. I saw the car in front of me swerve,and almost hit a car going West,on the North side of Brady Lake Road.
The reason for this was.
The BLV cop working today,was sitting 1/2 way out in Brady Lake Road on the blind curve at West Shore Drive.
This wasn't bad enough.
There was a Portage County Sheriff's car behind the BLV cop car.
When I looked at the Sheriff's deputy,he just shook his head,like he couldn't believe what happened.
So leaving the BLV cop garage door open for hours ain't shit,when you compare it to the new stupid cop trick.
I would have taken a picture,but I was busy trying to NOT crash. As the BLV clerk gang would say,IT'S FREE HELP !
That is until the BLV insurance company has to pay out again,and BLV is already on high risk insurance.
The Brady Lake dumb and dumber bunch is at it again.
