Brady Lake Village(BLV)is Broke and Unauditable by the State Auditor.
The petition to Dissolve Brady Lake Village(BLV)needed 72 signatures to be valid.
So far there are 110 signatures on the petition to dissolve BLV. We are not going to show the signatures,because of the threats and retaliation by the BLV police and clerk,especially BLV police chief Dave Kinney.
Dave Kinney in his typical spread bull-shit ways has been going around BLV telling stories about how bad the people who are doing the petition are.
This story telling by BLV police chief Dave Kinney along with BLV being Broke and on the State's Unauditable list for almost 1 year are just some of the reasons for the petition to dissolve BLV.
We want to thank all the BLV registered voters who have so far signed the petition.
Laurel(Sis)Archer and Dan Boyle will still be looking for more signatures on the petition to dissolve BLV or BLV residents who want to become a registered voter.

In today's Record Couier there is an article about BLV and the caved in lake overflow.
Former BLV clerk Pat Swauger and her son Rob Swauger have been working on getting a Community Block Grant to fix the caved in lake overflow.
I spoke to both Swaugers about this grant.
Typical BLV and BLV mayor Hal Noballs Lehman.
In the Record Courier article Lehman takes credit for the Block Grant,when in fact he was no help.

I certainly hope that the mayor of BLV will do a retraction to the Record Courier and tell the true story of how Brady Lake got a grant to fix the overflow.
I hope that NOT ONE of the village officials try to take credit for what Rob Swauger, Patricia Swauger, Jennifer Scherer and their family and neighbors in both BLV and Franklin Township have worked so hard for along with Portage Regional Planning.
The village had NO plans of fixing the overflow, I have the mayor stating that on a tape during a council meeting some time ago.

Ignatz I thing your right about He(God) is guiding us and or if your not a believer,something or someone has been helping guide us in the right direction,to do what is best for all BLV residents,not what's best for just the few in the BLV clerk gang.
So,DOXOLOGY,or Not,the petition to dissolve BLV is going well and most BLV residents have said,BLV being dissolved and going back to Frankilin Township should have happened years ago.
As I and my,DOXOLOGY,speaking friends always say,better late than never.
No matter what amount of money was paid the village clerk it was too much.Even if the clerk had worked for free the village is still unauditable.Shouldn't the mayor be firing the clerk's bad record keeping ass?
I would bet my BLV income tax check that the mayor and council members don't know what unauditable means.
The State Auditor's Office is now asking (and has been for almost one year now) questions the village officals should have been asking all along instead of motion to accept whatever the clerk is willing to tell us, first, second, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK!

Laurel(Sis)Archer was there along with my coustomers and my attorney.
Sis and I had a fun time,but BLV cop John Delillo and BLV attorney Errol Can,alias,Errol Won't didn't do too well.
Delillo looked a little green around the edges and Errol Can lost his temper.
Errol Can said many stupid things in front of Sis Archer,my coustomers,court workers,my attorney and of course my happy ass.

And, it really is no wonder that the village is "unauditable"-Everyone except they know that you cannot take and take and take without giving back whether it be keeping the books or keeping the family as opposed to those who are doing the giving (taxes and other assets that do not belong to the officials but to the resients).

Life in Clerksville with Kinneylaw is just 1,REDACTION,after another.
I don't think that anyone can debate the dispatchers call on the day that the car went into the lake. It was an emergency situation, possibly life and death, and he or she made the correct dicision in dispatching the proper departments.
If the BLV officials don't think that people outside the village are not aware of the situation in BLV, they'd better think again!
The BLV Fire/ Rescue Department could not respond timely.

Is the village hall considered a cave? And the gang are reclusive when it comes to the real people of this village, all of us! They use outmoded (or their own made up) rules from what I've seen. And, if you've never seen their reactionary attitudes, just ask a question, any question they don't want to answer (you might even get escorted out of the village hall which WE own WITH a police escort!).

It doesn't seem to matter what the questions are about.
The questions for the BLV clerk gang could be about how BLV tax dollars are spent,money for BLV hall rental,money donated to BLV, fire trap BLV housing,BLV rental inspections,selling Carson's Park without the OK of BLV residents,who gets BLV gas well royalties,Horrible BLV streets,the caved in lake overflow,the BLV impounded the stolen boat investigation of 2 years,Nepotism by the BLV clerk's family,or even the BLV emergency services.(BLFD)
When any of these questions are ask of the BLV clerk gang,a long time BLV tax paying residents can be told to shut up and or escorted from a BLV council meeting by a BLV Gun-Ho cop.(BLV police chief Toe 2 Toe's orders)

There's a Brady Lake Village council meeting tonite. I wonder what the village idiots will be trying to sell next? The mayor and clerk need to sell those new vehicles they drive to pay for somebody who knows how to keep records!
I believe we can solve the village's money woes by erecting a wishing well in front of the village hall. That well would fill up with loose change so fast by people wishing the Clerk gone it would make your head spin.

The Brady Lake Village(BLV)police department under the leadership of BLV police chief Dave Kinney,aka,Toe 2 Toe is a Cluster-F-ck to say the least.
BLV is 0.3 square miles in size,has 3 cop cars,and at 1 time had 20 unpaid cops,running around BLV almost running into each other.(see blog pictures)
Well today the BLV police deparment finally got things right,and boarded up the place.

It is becoming more and more obvious that the fine residents of Brady Lake Village and surrounding communities are not fooled by the officials of Brady Lake Village any longer.
They are doing more communicating among themselves, viewing the truth on this and other Blog Sites, and are finding that they have a lot of the same problems!
They do not attend meetings because it is very unproductive, as well as frustrating, since the village officials do not take their problems seriously nor attempt to consider their concerns and fix the problems!
The gas well is one perfect example, the people DID NOT WANT the gas well drilled here but the village officials did it anyway with an "emergency ordinance" for nobodys benefit except their own!
The people DO NOT WANT their Carsons Park sold but they are selling it anyway. What for? Where is the money going to go?
Maybe the clerk's daughter should be layed off and the grass in the ballfield let grow and be overcome by weeds and go to ruin.
That would more truly reflect the true condition of the rest of the village that has been left go and ignored by the village officials!
Mowing the grass does not cover up the horrific shape the village is in any longer!
One more thing-how can a village as tiny as Brady Lake be unautitable? The records cannot be that difficult nor extensive, what is the real problem? If a computor is broken, you fix it, doesn't take a year! It doesn't take a day!
