Brady Lake Village (BLV) needs to be DISSOLVED !
The petition to dissolve Brady Lake Village(BLV)has more than enough signatures to put the issue to a BLV vote.(actually twice as many)
Taking a little longer to turn in the signed petition to the BLV clerk has allowed more BLV residents to come forward,plus tell their stories about why they think BLV should be dissolved.(there are many)
The petition to dissolve BLV process has been a learning curve for us all.
Also by waiting a little longer we get to see more of how the BLV clerk gang(officials)do things like trying to sell Carson's Park and not get the OK of the BLV residents that Carson's Park was donated to.
Like always if anybody needs information about the petition to dissolve BLV or wants to become a BLV registered voter.

At about 1:30 PM today I was road testing a coustomer's 65 Mustang in Brady Lake Village.(BLV)
As a drove down and or North on Washington towards Leonard I saw BLV police chief Dave Kinney,aka,Toe 2 Toe sitting in the BLV mayor's driveway facing Washington(East).
I stopped at the stop sign at Washington and Leonard and Toe 2 Toe started yelling for me to move.
I moved After I stopped at the stop sign.
Toe 2 Toe was in the BLV Black Crown Vic cop car with NO Overhead Lites on.
I guess Toe 2 Toe was having 1 of his infamous Adrenalin Rushes,like he had in my driveway on 3/1/11.
I took Toe 2 Toe's picture and told him he was a Dumb Fat F-ck.
Maybe the stress of BLV being Broke and Unauditable is too much for Toe 2 Toe's fat ass ?

So yesterday 5/9/13 the Blog Cam took a picture of the new BLPD door.
Only in BLV and or Clerksville with Kinneylaw could this happen.
The new door at the BLPD has a Note Board like the 1's we all use at home and or hang on the wall to tell each other stuff.
SO,under the leadership of BLV police chief Dave Kinney,aka,Toe 2 Toe the BLPD has a note board,that might not be a bad idea considering how FEW hours a week BLV police Toe 2 Toe actually works in BLV.

I just received your e mail re: Chris' boat.
I was looking at the picture you took on May 24, 2011 when Chief Kinney found the boat in Rootstown (after the village was advised by us that the village was going to pay for the boat since it was not impounded correctly) and we went to pick it up.
In that picture I see three people plus yourself, Dan, that witnessed the chief threaten Chris if we went to the prosecutor regarding the incident because he did not want to reveal the name of the person who stole the boat.
At that time we would have been satisified with an apology, but it has gone to far.
You have paid the price for all of their indescretions Dan, they tried to destroy you for no front license plate on a customer's vehicle among other trumped up charges (literally!) and appear to be covering a real crime for who knows what reason!
They need to take responsibility for what they have done to destroy this village and quit blaming you, it is getting more and more rideculous all the time.
And what about Kinney saying (on tape) "I tried to get him to go toe to toe but he wouldn't do it". Was he trying to impress the clerk because he seems to be her gofer?

I don't know if others realize how serious this is. Thousand of State Audits are completed on ALL government agencies (which are in the thousands) every other year.
As per the Ohio Auditor's office, the citizens of Brady Lake Village deserve better.
I see no reason that we should be unauditable for a year, THERE IS NO EXCUSE! Especially as small as we are!
A broken computor can not be blamed any longer.
This is not a popularity contest, nor a who likes who situation in the village, the village is in trouble and it seems that the village officials should be thinking of the resident for just this once and be looking into alternatives rather than selling everything or going around the village pleading for sympathy because "Everybody's mad at me!".
We have just been asking that the village officials do the job we are paying them to do.
This truly seems to constitute misfeasance and malfeasance on just about all of the official's parts.
There have always been classes available for all job classifications, why have the officials not utilized them.

Dan Boyle has circulated a petition to Dissolve Brady Lake Village. This course of action is taking too long to implement. A new petition will be circulated to change the Village and Lake's name to Nemeth Lake and Nemeth Lake Village respectively. Once people realize that they are living in Nemeth Lake Village their will no longer be any reason to complain.

It might seem like the petition to dissolve BLV is taking too long,but consider the things that have taken place as of late.
With the help of Laurel(Sis)Archer and some friends we've(Dan Boyle and pals)made many BLV public record requests,that the BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth and her gang(BLV officials)do not want to answer,so it takes a while.
Because of what we've been doing BLV has been on the State Auditor's Unauditable list for 1 year.
I'm now working with the SIU Special Investigation Unit of the State Auditor's Office concerning BLV donated money and BLV hall rental money.
We have about 140 signatures on the petition to dissolve BLV,and about 25 of them are people who became registerd voters for the first time.
I've also been in court a few times thanks to the retaliation of the BLV police,especially BLV police chief Dave Kinney.
I retained more than 1 attorney to help me with the up-coming law suit against BLV,and the petition to dissolve BLV.
We are very close to finishing the petition to dissolve BLV.
If for some strange reason the petition to dissolve BLV doesn't work,the back-up plan is to finish BLV by getting the BLV clerk out the door of BLV hall,and bring the rest of the BLV clerk gang(officials)down.
So,things with the petiton to dissolve BLV might seem like puffing and blowing,(taking too long)but things are not always as they appear,plus a litle more time after many years of the BLV clerk gang abuse gives All BLV voters a chance to apart of this history making BLV event.

Today 5/21/13 I Dan Boyle was talking to Cheryl Gray from the SIU-Special Investigations unit of the State Auditor's Office.
Brady Lake Village(BLV)records, and money weren't the only subjects we talked about.
I told Cheryl Gray I became an Unpaid BLV zoning inspector after I threatened to sue the BLV mayor Hal Lehman and the BLV zoning inspector RT Mansfield for not doing their jobs concerning fire trap houses in BLV.
I told Cheryl Gray about helping at the BLV fire department for free,because I was ask by the BLV fire chief if I would help out.
When I started helping fix BLV fire trucks I discovered Not 1 BLV fire truck would pass a state safety inspection,and 3 would Not pass a state pump test.
I also told Cheryl Gray that the BLV officials,mostly BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth had to have a new BLV hall and got a pay raise while the BLV fire department was in the sad shape it was,and Still Is.
I thanked Cheryl Gray for her help,and told her that I would be sending her more info about BLV money and records.

Now BLV clerk-mayor Honest Ethel tells the Record Couier everything is OK with the BLV records,even though BLV is Broke and was on the State Auditor's Unauditable list for 1 year,plus many BLV public records are missing,and/or were never there.
If that's isn't a BLV clerk-mayor Honest Ethel,SANDBAG,trick,I don't know what is.
Maybe some of us BLV tax paying residents need to,SANDBAG,a couple BLV officials,especially BLV clerk-mayor Honest Ethel,and her paid thug BLV police chief Dave Kinney,aka,Toe 2 Toe.
Also if the BLV area gets more rain,some area residrent who live by the lake will need to,SANDBAG,their house because of the caved in lake overflow,that the BLV clerk gang has done nothing about,for too many years.
I was on my way home from work about 4:30 today and a brady lake cop in the black and white car alomost hit me on lakeview in the curve near the lake.He was on my side of the road.The dumb ass was on his cell phone while he was driving.I felt like giving him a ticket but he took off.

BLV police chief Dave Kinney,aka,Toe 2 Toe is paid by BLV to be a full time police chief,and work in BLV 40 hours per week.
Most weeks Toe 2 Toe works less than 20 hours per week.
This past week Toe 2 Toe DID NOT work in BLV on Saturday 6/8/13,Sunday 6/9/13,Monday 6/10/13,and Thursday 6/13/13,plus when he was working in BLV on Tuesday 6/11/13,and Wednesday 6/12/13 it was less than 7 hours per day.
How can BLV tax paying residents expect the Work For free BLV cops to do what's right when BLV police chief Dave Kinney,aka,Toe 2 Toe does what he pleases while being paid ?

Nice neat quaint looking village hall with pretty flowers, mowed ball field, and police everywhere.
However, a fire department which has been basically ignored by village officials, flooding of homes, horrific roads which are hazardous to one's vehicles, slums, drug dealers with free reign of the community, selling the people's assets. (I was told by a village official that they would like to sell the ball field but discovered that they couldn't because the purchase was voted on by the people.) The sale of Carson Park should also be on the ballot so that the people can decide whether or not to sell-THE PARK DOES NOT BELONG TO THE VILLAGE OFFICALS PERSONALLY even though the proceeds from this sale will probably pay their paychecks along with the clerk's families pay checks.
But these things are not instantly visible as are the quaint little village hall, flowers, plants, and nicely mowed grass, and useless wanna be police. The only police person who is rarely visible is the chief and when he is in the village he seems to take shelter inside the quaint little village hall.
What is the deal?
So from what I see, my tax $ are paying for the village pay checks, period!
I always wondered why BLV police chief Dave Kinney,aka,Toe 2 Toe liked BLV cop Kenny Ray,aka,Mr. Rear Ender so much.
I always thought it was because Mr.Rear Ender wrote so many tickets,and went after my Blog Cam Ass.
I was wrong on both counts !
I was looking through some old blog cam pictures today,and discovered BLV cop Kenny Ray,aka,Mr.Rear Ender in BLV police chief Dave Kinney,aka,Toe 2 Toe's Black Crown Vic cop car,on the passenger side,lurking beside BLV hall,with his LIMP WRIST hanging out the cop car window.
I always suspected Mr.Rear Ender was a LIMP WRISTED cop,but this picture proves it.

This BLV cell phone cop lost the,GYMKHANA,by almost running into another driver,because the BLV cell phone cop was on the wrong side of the road.
