Brady Lake Village (BLV) is Broke !
The petition to dissolve Brady Lake Village (BLV) needed 72 signatures to be on the November 2013 ballot.
The petition now has 140 signatures. The petition will be turned over to the Portage County Board of Elections,and BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth,aka,Honest Ethel before the end of June 2013.
BLV has been on the State Auditor's Unauditable list for 1 year,but Honest Ethel tells people everything is OK.
The next thing to happen will be working with the SIU-Special Investigations Unit of the State Auditor's Office,about things found,and/or not found in BLV public records.

A quick note to the Brady Lake PD.
I have had the opportunity to talk with many village residents in the past months and the vast majority of people I have talked with seem to be having problems with the BLPD officers tactics.
This also includes people living in Franklin Township or people just passing through the village.
The police seem to be coming up close behind vehicles and clearly trying to intimidate people into doing something they can be stopped for like going left of center or speeding because they are frightened not knowing what is happening.
Also the BL Officers are speeding through the village as well as on Brady Lake Road.
I understand that BL Village is extremely small for three police cars and twenty police officers when two would be sufficient but those are the facts and a lot of the time we are professionally covered by the Portage County Sheriffs Department.
BLPD are also visible outside the village, in places they clearly do not belong, out of their own jurisdiction much more than could be necessary.
Drug houses continue, but don't drive with a light out over your license plate, and be sure to turn on your headlights before dusk (not dark but dusk) or you will get a ticket to support the paychecks of the village officials and their families, etc., etc.
I am having trouble respecting any one wanting to be a real police officer condoning the actions of the BLPD and being part of this! They are bound to go NO WHERE!
Is that why they are here for free, they can't make it anywhere else?
If they do get jobs elsewhere I hope that what they have learned here does not go with them, they won't make it because they seem unable to think for themselves! Not to mention that they will have proper supervision elsewhere.
The real police are a totally different ball game than BLPD!
BL trainees might want to use the Brimfield PD and their Chief for a good example as well as the PCSO, as well as the State Highway Patrol, as well as all surrounding police departments!

BLV cop Tyler Short Stuff got so excited about the burnt out lite,he pulled out in front of a car coming around the curve on Brady Lake Road,and the car had it's lites on.

Well im in blv and franklin twp all the time patroling and seems like that car must have been goin a little to fast around the corner if it almost hit tyler.the speed limit is only 35 and going around a blind corner they should slow down even more.did the vehicle lock up its brakes or swerve off the road. Just a little history lesson on how Smokey Kaboom got his name.
First off Smokey Kaboom who is BLV clerk-mayor Honest Ethel's husband got his BLV job with NO job posting,NO job application,and never a job evaluation.
The name Smokey comes from Smokey always smoking in the BLV maintenance garage,and the BLV dump truck.(See many blog

Folks I would say since Ignatz,aka,Sis Archer and I,aka,Dan Boyle have lived in and paid taxes to BLV for many years,plus been to way too many BLV council meetings,we full well know the BLV clerk gang(officials)will,THWART,just about anything that will help BLV residents have better services,but will Not,THWART,anything that helps their self-serving asses,like a pay raise and New BLV hall,but BLV is broke.
I'm late doing the BLV word of the day today because I put an email together with pictures about the BLV clerk gang creating an illegal ordinance to charge 50 cents each for copies of BLV public records and the BLV clerk gang refusing a refund on money over-paid for many BLV public records,after BLV was made to charge 15 cents a copy.
This email with pictures was sent many places like the Ohio Ethics Commission and the SIU-Special Investigations Unit of the State Auditor's Office.
I doubt the BLV clerk gang will be able to,THWART,what's going to happen to their dysfunctional asses when this shit hits the fan.

Former BLV clerk Pat Swauger began to request BLV public records and contacted the Ohio Ethics Commission.
So BLV clerk Honest Ethel with the help of her pal BLV council president Ted Holland,aka,Attorney Teddy created an ordinance in 1999 that the cost of each BLV public record copy would be 50 cents each,when every-other place was charging from 5 to 10 cents for each public record copy.
Finally BLV clerk Honest Ethel and BLV council president Attorney Teddy were able to run former BLV clerk Pat Swauger off.
Then in 2010 former Unpaid BLV zoning inspector Dan Boyle,aka,Blog Cam Guy and his pals started requesting BLV public records only to find out the cost for each BLV public record copy was 50 cents each,plus many BLV public records were missing.
After many emails to BLV and going to BLV council meetings to complain about the cost of BLV copies,the BLV clerk gang(officials)changed the price of copies to 15 cents each,while the BLV police department charged 5 cents for each BLV public record copy.

Toe 2 Toe got out of the BLV black crown vic cop car yelling he was going to charge me with fleeing and eluding,plus he might shoot me.

You would think something this important would be in the local news-paper or like Franklin Township on a web site.
BLV tax payers paid BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth's grandaughter Sara Hoffman about $600 to start a BLV web site,plus the cost of maintaining the web site.
The BLV web site NEVER worked correctly and now it doesn't work at all because it's gone.
Folks this is just another example of how BLV clerk-mayor Ethel Nemeth,aka,Honest Ethel and her Merry Bunch of Nepotismers(family)takes advantage of BLV tax payer money.

After way too many years of going to BLV council meetings,it became clear that asking BLV clerk-mayor Ethel Nemeth,aka,Honest Ethel about BLV tax money and how it was spent would get me an,UMBRAGE.
So to prove an,UMBRAGE,has taken place in BLV and at BLV hall.
BLV is now Broke and was Unauditable by the State Auditor for 1 year.
In fact the State Auditior in a letter to the BLV clerk gang,(officials)the State Auditor gave an opinion that was not at all,UMBRAGE.
The State Auditior's opinion,that is on this CAMP blog site,is that BLV the way it's going can't make it.
The BLV clerk and her gang of Nepotismers need to quit their,UMBRAGE,bull-shit about BLV being OK and do the right thing to help Dissolve BLV.
The BLV clerk-mayor Ethel Nemeth,aka,Honest Ethel's husband Richard Nemeth,aka,Smokey Kaboom Nemeth and his daughter Debbie Stacey,aka,Mow Money were inside the BLV maintenance garage this week doing who knows what to what,because they keep the garage doors closed.

But I saw 1 thing actually 2 things today about 4:00 PM that are not the fault of the blog cam.
There's a lite switch inside the BLV maintenance garage that turns on and off the outside flood lites.
Well the BLV clerk gang (nepotismers)couldn't manage to flip a switch,but they seem to be able to flip off the blog cam.

It seems that the Nemeth Family seem to consider Brady Lake Village their own personal commune.
What is the deal?

I think that they really don't realize that there are other real people in the village.
I'm sure if you looked back on the village payrolls that the biggest percentage of the taxpayers money went to that family.
The jobs may not pay much but they certainly have the monolopy!

2-Debbie Stacey-The BLV clerk's daughter.
3-Kathy Moore-The BLV clerk's daughter.
4-Sara Hoffman-The BLV clerk's grandaughter.
5-Joshua Moore-The BLV clerk's grandson.
6-Ron Stacey-The BLV clerk's son-in-law.
NONE of the BLV clerk-mayor's family was paid BLV money by using the correct way of hiring people to get government money.
The BLV clerk's family got BLV money with NO job postings,NO job applications,and NO job evaluations by the real BLV mayor Hal Lehman,even though some of the clerk's family tore up BLV equipment and the BLV clerk covered it up,but Hal Lehman was told and did nothing.

After 3 years the investigation is on-going if you ask Toe 2 Toe about it.

Yesterday somebody was not able to flip a lite switch at the BLV maintenance garage and left 2 spot lites on for a whole day.
I suspected the lite switch problem to be a BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth family problem and it must run in the family because today about 3:00 PM the house on Lakeview Drive that is listed in court records as being owned by BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth had 2 spot lites on plus a Posted No Trespassing Keep Out sign in the front yard.
