Today 4/23/14 was a Brady Lake Village (BLV) council meeting. BLV mayor Hal Lehman was ask many questions about money,streets,police and his lack of answering question.
Same old shit different day with Hal Lehman.
Questions about the new BLV police chief John Marra's past record problem shuts the whole BLV council room up.
I've made contact with more news reporters about Hal Lehman's lies and John Marra's Uniontown PD record.

I was at the 4/23/14 Brady Lake Village (BLV) council meeting. Laurel (Sis) Archer was asking BLV mayor Hal Lehman questions about the terrible BLV streets and what was going to be done or if BLV would end up with even higher taxes to fix the streets. Sis also had questions about the remodeling of the back of BLV hall and who was paying for it.
BLV mayor Hal Lehman had No straight answers so Sis ask anybody at the BLV council table to answer her questions.
The room went silent and of course nobody said shit.
The question is and/or the questions are.
Why even have BLV council meetings if No questions by BLV residents are going to be answered ?
Does BLV mayor Hal Lehman understand BLV is in deep shit ?

Hey Dan I was glad to see that you filed your law suit, and I hope you prevail.
I read the complaint, and noticed that it was filed against a former Brady Lake cop as an individual, and the Village was not included as a party.
I was disappointed that the Village will not nave to defend against this suit, and that it won't cost them a dime, or harm them in any way.
I just wish the Village was the target of the suit, but it is, what it is.

That complaint reads like it was filed after the 8 drink minimum on karaoke night was met at a local Kent bar. It's based entirely on speculation , Brady Lake is not named as a party just an old unpaid officer. And your own blogs, captions and commentary contradict your whole argument . If you did win (you won't) you would create case law allowing everyone pictured in your blogs to come back after you legally. As the law suit against BLV cop Kenny Ray unfolds it will involve other BLV cops and former BLV police chief Dave Kinney plus BLV mayor Hal Lehman. The reason for the law suit being filed the way it was will be told at a later date.

"MANTUA-SHALERSVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT GETS IMPROVED ISO RATING
R-C staff report Published: May 3, 2014 4:00AM
Property owners in Mantua, Mantua Township and Shalersville area may be in for some good news after the Mantua-Shalersville Fire Department received an upgrade to its Insurance Services Office, or ISO, rating.
The fire department recently was rated a class 4/4Y by Insurance Services Office Inc. These numbers represent a credible dispatch center, fire department and water supply.
On average, fire departments get evaluated by the ISO every 10 years based on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the best ranking, based on performance, speed, efficiency and training.
The Mantua-Shalersville Fire Department was last evaluated in 1994 and received a ranking of 6/9.
Improvements in ISO ratings should lead to a decrease in insurance premiums paid by property owners community. Property owners are encouraged to contact their insurance company to determine if the new ISO rating will have a positive effect on their premiums.
"This rating would not have been possible if it wasn't for the hard work and dedication from the employees of the fire department as well as the support received from the fire district board," according to the Mantua-Shalersville Fire Department.
Questions or concerns referencing the ISO rating system should be directed to Fire Chief Joe Stoneberg or Assistant Fire Chief Matt Roosa at 330-274-3535."

At last count BLV has about 18 cops but the BLVPD and BLV won't let go of public records on that subject.
They're probably scared somebody will do a real back-ground check on the reject cops.
I doubt the sheriff knows about many of the BLVPD rejects.
I also doubt the sheriff knows or cares about how many tickets the BLVPD rejects write for violations on the North side of Brady Lake Road headed West, that's not BLV.

Tonight 5/21/14 about 9:15 PM Laurel (SIS) Archer and I had been out to eat and buying food for the week.

When Delillo saw us he started his yelling and middle finger waving so I took some pictures of his stupid ass.
When we left Sheetz,Delillo came up behind us in his Black Jeep going too fast and then got beside us to yell more stupid shit.
My guess is Delillo was trying to get the license number of the truck I was driving to pull the illegal shit he has been pulling.

People said they couldn't vote for Issue 10 without more information. Open your eyes and look around I would reply. Are the roads salted and plowed, are the roads even passable, are Village employees mowing dead grass, ect... Somehow villagers think that village problems are not the responsibility of the Mayor, Clerk, and Council but are caused by some unseen mystical forces beyond anyone's control. Nobody knows what the future holds for the Village but I for one hope Dan Boyle's lawsuits are successful. This would make those idiots who call him "A Boy Named Sue" eat their words.

I noticed about 5 pm today the BL cop who can barely see over the steering wheel was hiding on hillside. As short as he is how can he tell for sure who did what at the stop sign ? I also noticed when he went after someone for rolling through the stop sign. Shorty pulled out in front a car on lakeview and then drove well over 25 mph to catch the stop sign violator creating very unsafe conditions worse than rolling through a stop sign. BL ticket money must be needed that bad.

The Merriam-Webster aka Brady Lake Village (BLV) word of the day is.

1- BLV had and/or has worn out fire equipment and trucks.
2- BLV had and/or has a caved in lake overflow.
3- BLV had and/or has most streets that are not even patch-able.(unsafe)
4- BLV had and/or has buildings in need of repair.
5- BLV is Broke !
6- BLV had a paid for BLV hall but the BLV clerk gang decided to put BLV in debt with a new BLV hall.
What BLV does have is a new BLV hall that seems to be a,KICKSHAW,for the BLV clerk and her gang,while the rest of BLV except the grass mowing goes to hell.

1- Brady Lake Village (BLV) clerk Ethel Nemeth from her BLV hall office promoted her grandson Joshua Moore aka Commander Paranoid for BLV council.
2- Joshua Moore while employed by BLV tore up the BLV snow plow truck twice,costing BLV tax payers about $10,000.(see blog records)
3- Joshua Moore lives in his grandma's house on Lakeview Drive in BLV.(must not pay rent)
4- BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth once ask Dan Boyle if Joshua Moore could live in 1 of Dan's rental houses and work for Dan to pay the rent. Dan of course said NO WAY !
5- Joshua Moore has twice been drunk and threatened Dan Boyle while Laurel Archer was in Dan's Chevy truck.
6- There have been 2 BLV police reports made about Joshua Moore's drunken threats.
7- BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth tried to get Joshua Moore on the BLV fire department but Joshua's mental and/or medication issues stopped that.
The question is and/or the questions are.
1- Can you blog viewers see what Nemeth Nepotism has cost BLV tax payers ?
2- Did you blog viewers know BLV mayor Hal Lehman stood by and watched all this Nemeth Nepotism go on and did nothing ?
3- Did you blog viewers know Joshua Moore aka Commander Paranoid has a concealed carry permit ? (holy shit)
4- Why did Joshua Moore resign and/or quit BLV council ?
5- Did you blog viewers know when Joshua Moore tore up the BLV snow plow truck twice,BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth covered this shit up ?

Yesterday 5/24/14,BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth's grandson Joshua Moore aka Commander Paranoid was in front of my house driving his dad Jerry Moore's Black Chevy Pickup.
Commander Paranoid was yelling stupid shit so I went down by the street (Lakeview dr.) and took some pictures of Commander's Crazy Ass.
As I looked at the word of the day today,I had to wonder.
Did what-ever (tequila ?) Joshua Moore aka Commander Paranoid had to drink yesterday have a,SPUME,on it ?
If it did my guess is the,SPUME,had gone bad a long time ago.
Today is Andover Ohio flea market day and picnic in Geneva Ohio beside Lake Erie for Squaw Findabargin (Sis Archer) and Chief Kicksomeass (me).
Let's hope no flea market vendor has had any bad,SPUME,and won't make good deals on cool stuff.
