Brady Lake Village and Lying Officials !
For 6 years I Dan Boyle went to all Brady Lake Village (BLV) council meetings plus most every BLV meeting. What I learned was BLV officials (clerk gang) are in the habit of lying about what's really going on in BLV and at BLV hall. In 2014 Laurel(Sis)Archer will be going to BLV council meetings armed with a camera and note pad. The new NUTS=Not Us They Said blog site will have BLV council meeting pictures and information. In 2014 something new is going to happen at Brady Lake Village (BLV) council meetings.
BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth for too many years has written the BLV council meeting minutes so you can figure what that means. Laurel (Sis) Archer in 2014 will be going to BLV council meetings armed with a camera and note pad plus the new Ohio Sunshine Law book.
BLV officials will have to stop their secret back room meetings or their lying ways will be in court.
Since trying to Dissolve BLV did not work we will finish BLV with the BLV official's own lies.

Brady Lake Village (BLV) was to have a new police chief named John Marra as of 12/29/13.
Marra was in BLV part of the day on 12/30/13 then Marra was Not in BLV on 12/31/13,1/1/14,1/2/14 and 1/3/14.
The Brady Lake Village Police Department (BLVPD) since Marra took charge has had very few BLVPD cops on duty.
I know because I live next to the BLVPD and road test in BLV every day.
So the good deed done by a BLVPD cop on Brady Lake Road was just lucky.
Along with the Ryan Ward law suit against BLV and the BLVPD I'm filing a law suit against the BLVPD and some BLVPD cops.

Do you text when you are driving the police cars too-all the village needs is another totaled cop car that we have to replace and which will put our now extremely high risk insurance even higher, at the taxpayers expense I might add?
In defense of the Sheriff's Department-do they know that you are trying to make them look bad?
BLPD can in no way compare themselves to the real deputies/police!
I worked at the S O some years ago and I know this to be true-when a call comes in regarding a gun they are on it immediately!!!

The S O is visible here every day and night and respond to calls extremely timely.

January 4, 2014 1257-Just saw a Portage County Sheriff Car driving thru the village-and that's good enough for me! Its a real shame when the people are afraid of the police (BLPD).
Just remember, "There is nothing to fear except fear itself" and the BLPD.
Mayor Hal must have gone to a scratch and dent sale for the village signs. It's possible the new fucking sign is fucking used.

If in fact it did take the PCSO 50 minutes to get to BLV about the man with gun incident,it was because the BLPD officer on duty didn't make the call to the PCSO when he should have and felt he could handle the situation by himself. With a man with gun situation a police officer is told to always call for other police officers. The BLPD is a mess and could get somebody seriously injured.
On 1/3/14 Laurel (Sis) Archer and I Dan Boyle went to Attorney Warner Mendenhall's office to work on the law suit against some Brady Lake Village officials,employees and cops.
This law suit is long overdue but in finally going to happen.
The law suit is serious business but serious only goes so far in my book so Sis and I made a fashion statement at Warner Mendenhall's office yesterday.

The Brady Lake Village Police Department (BLVPD) for now has a new chief named John Crash'em Marra.
Marra was to start as BLVPD chief on 11/30/13.
Marra was in BLV part of the day on 11/31/13 and then Was Not in BLV on 1/1/14,1/2/14,1/3/14,1/4/14 and 1/5/14. This seems to be a worse attendance record than the old BLVPD chief named Dave Toe 2 Toe Kinney.
I live next door to the BLVPD so I know who works when.

There was a post yesterday by an anonymous person, obviously one of the clerk gang. (There have been may of these posts for the past few weeks-Dan takes them down because they so bad)
In the current one they said that I spoke derogatorily about Dan in the meeting on Monday, which could not be further from the truth. Dan's name was not mentioned at all in the meeting unless it was among them before or after I left.
I have known Dan for about 45 years and I would not be with him if the lies they are spreading about him were true. Together, we are obviously a force to be reckoned with, but not by lies from low life ignorant people.
It seems that this is how the Brady Lake Village deals with the truth.
We both have a problem with secret meetings, unanswered questions, illegal executive sessions, failure to account to the people for their spending or actions, but these will be dealt with shortly.
And to the anonymous person and your predictions, did you ever hear of the HIPPA laws? My, nor Dan's health is not to be discussed by you or anyone.
We all will die one day but not by your predictions, there is a higher court that will make that decision and I would not mess with Him if I were you!

All this trouble with the Brady Lake Village (BLV) clerk gang started because I told how the BLV fire department was being run and how unsafe the fire trucks and equipment was.

What do you expect from a fantasy police department.
It's like a nursery school for cops, they're just taking baby steps.
Can't solve serious crimes and I am sure that the signs in question are not top on their priority list, not the bottom either, as a matter of fact it's probably not on their list at all.
I find it hard to fathom that these signs were within a stone's throw of the police station and they don't have a clue.
Kind of like the boat incident under investigation for close to three years now, when they knew exactly where to go to retrieve the boat!

BLV has at least 40 fire trap rentals with terrible looking properties.
BLV is $430,000 in debt.
BLV bought a new BLV hall without the vote of BLV residents while BLV had a BLV hall that was paid for.
BLV was Un-auditable for 1 year.

It is totally amazing how no one in council meetings question anything.
They're kinda like zombies or lemmings, just following.
Are they even paying attention or are they really just there for the paychecks, are they that desperate?
They have to know that the village is going to have to end one day soon or do they?
Probably not because obviously they don't ask financial questions, or look at the village funds, bills, or expenses, or read the State Auditor's Reports.
I think that they may be frightened to ask the clerk questions. Asking her questions seems to offend her and she gets nasty, I've seen it!
They all just do what they are told!
Don't they know that they are being paid to represent the constituents, not Mrs. Nemeth?

I also see the Hollands at BL Village Hall often.
In any place of employment-ex employees are not to be at the former workplace-it is totally unethical or un-Ethelable in this case.
The Hollands are not working with the village or do they still have a hand in running the village?
The reason being, we pay the clerk to work, not to visit with her friends.
When the Hollands are at Village Hall, they should be on the outside of the glass as should all social visitors, residents, people who are not employed by us, the taxpayers.
They just keep ignoring the rules, I guess they're special?
When you look back through some BLV public records (see blogs) it becomes clear former BLV council president and wann'be attorney Ted Holland had his hand in way too many things.
Ted Holland's legal advice along with BLV clerk Ethel Nemeth taking over got BLV where it is today.
BLV has fallen and/or is broke and can't get up and/or better.
